There was no facility for bathing, a very uncomfortable bed, lots of hair falling out, plus the mattress had fleas that made some of my friends experience skin aches. Some of the tv channels are twin and most are not interesting to watch. For wi-fi speeds it is not capable to work on important projects with fast time.

The place is far from the center of the crowd. Suitable for those of you who like a calm atmosphere. But this hotel often receives local groups that sometimes change this quiet hotel to be suddenly crowded.

Probably the WORST hotel in Bali. The whole building is falling apart and look so creepy. The manager doesn't care much about this property. Never trust their official photos on TripAdvisor or anywhere else; they are obviously outdated and totally different from the reality! I don't know why there are few recent good reviews about this property on TripAdvisor even with five stars. They must have loved this so called "fabulous" hotel, reviewed the wrong place or were "ordered" to do so. Who knows lol. And what's even more creepy about this place is that local thugs often sitting around the property (probably has something to do with the property's long time ownership dispute).

Unless you want to end up your holiday so badly and horrible, avoid this creepy condemned property at all cost! Some people said the hotel won't refund you if you check out early, so don't stay there! There are many other better hotels around to choose for.

the hotel looks very poorly maintained, staff is not friendly, welcome drink is not available, room is spacious but looks dirty, under the bed has never been cleaned and the dust is very much, while staying there there is still trash in the toilet, dirty towels are not taken , so I entered the room with 4 towels, 2 dirty towels, the toilet was never cleaned.
