the place is dirty ... the hotel is poorly maintained

The facilities are pretty good (needs to be improved again). If it's late there is often a knock on the door but when the door is opened there is no one at the door and no one passes at all (happens every night)

The place is comfortable. Close to Kuta. Harha is relatively cheap. Plus a swimming pool.

one word: HORRIBLE! Maybe one more: DISGUSTING! If have seen some bad places in my lifetime but the rooms they got us where no joke. Every surface was filthy, everything was cracked, broken, molded, damp and toilets did not flush. My children got locked-in their bathroom as the lock blocked and could not get out of there for over 30 minutes. They could not reach us as the Wifi in our room did not work!! We arrived 1 am with some children so not really in a position to immediately switch to another place, but before 6 am we were gone out of this dump to find something better (that's easy as everything is better than this). We booked for multiple nights, but they were not willing to refund anything. Photo's online must be from when they built this place back in 2011. 3.9 rating is a joke and must have been of the first year in business. This place is completely run down and is now closer to a 0.1, but unfortunately I had to give them 1 star in order to be able to post this review, but be assured they do not deserve this 1 star!!! Great place for people that like to waste their money, do not care about hygiene and like a run down and filthy place. I feel sorry for the nice staff that has to deal with all the unsatisfied customers...
1 positive, the WiFi in the lobby worked just enough to allow us to find another hotel online.

I found everything is satisfying. Except for one thing, the residu of water on floor 5 does NOT flow smoothly to the gutter. We find it a littte bit disgusting.

The bathroom smells of urine, no doormats, no main lights, only a little water, regulating hot and cold water does not turn on, the mattress is not fragrant, the floor is dirty, dusty .. next time please improve so that visitors can be comfortable.

Order a room price of 230 thousand (not including breakfast), the room is not too big but it's quite cozy and has a terrace. Incidentally got room 107 in the corner, the terrace is the biggest, hehe. From the terrace you can go directly to the swimming pool. Recommended rooms below so you can access directly to the pool.

Near by main street, and reachable. Easy to visit relatives or guests as its has a wide lobby. One thing about lobby, it seems a bit unstructured, and dusty, but it is averagely cozy. You may see swimming pool from lobby, by it means for those who do not like to be seen by random visitor from outside while swimming, this could be an issue.

This is not 4 star and needs lots of maintenance to the tiles in the pool and a fresh coat of paint. Room was not available at check in had to wait a long time would not stay here again.

The hotel looks abandoned, there is no spa or sports bar (but says it does). Rooms are good and the beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly.
