This hotel is strategic because it is located close to Kuta beach but there are still many things that need to be improved such as bathroom facilities that start to break and hotel cleanliness please increase

Seriously is this a 4 star hotel? There is no soap, toothbrush, towels, slippers, even the bath mat doesn't exist. No welcome drink. The mattress and blanket are old, the bathroom is not clean. Not recommended. Not here anymore.
The place to stay for artists with comfortable calm
Not Recommended. KM appears animal clams, cockroaches. Furniture has a cobweb. The toilet cannot be flushed. Brown bed linen and former user. There is no tissue in the sink. Dim light2. The toilet is far from cleanliness. The door frame is porous until the wood falls. Handul case is broken. Never turning back again. So far from the 4 star standard, maybe like a jasmine hotel ... hmm :(
Close to tourist sites, complete facilities, for a comfortable break
If I booked I flight to bali and this was the only place available, I would cancel my flights. The pool is disgusting. The rooms are terrible. The only thing this place has going for it is the location and the service. Look elsewhere.
The place just strategic. But the room condition cant get me satisfied. The standard bathroom utility is none. The breakfast is okay.
If you can low budget, the problem is the inadequate facilities and less clean places

A pleasant stay, comfortable. Under maintenance while we were there, was not told this before we arrived. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall dissappointed really

On the second floor the room was pretty good and the design was rather futuristic than on the ground floor. There is also a swimming pool that is always quiet every night, feeling in a private jacuzzi
Free breakfast is quite a lot of choices. The service is old. The toilet suddenly cannot be flushed and hotel towel facilities are provided when I complain. Not recommended.

It used to be a good hotel. But now the condition is not good, many parts are damaged such as poor maintenance and rarely visitors. Too bad the hotel that used to be nice, clean now is pathetic

Location near the beach of Kuta ... every day the officer cleared the room .... cheap price
This place is not fit for human habitation. The bed sheets were stained and disgusting, the curtains and bathroom were mouldy, there wasn't one unbroken sunbed, the pool was revolting with green algae in the water and broken tiles and planks of the decking around it.
We refused to stay, and (fortunately) were able to check into a beautiful hotel nearby.
I cannot stress too highly that you should NOT stay here.
1. Enter the room at 12 pm No towels or toiletries are provided. Even for a morning shower there isn't. Freshly towel is rather messy without toiletries. For those who stay here, please bring their own toiletries.
2. The non-lit room light is dimmed so the nuance is dimmed.
3. Broken, broken tiles, porous wood, broken water heater, flat sofa. The point is that many broken tools are not treated. So it seems like an old hotel.
Suggestion: you should be treated more because you love the big hotel outside the old & dirty TP inside
Over all is ok just the location abit too far for walking distance
