The worse place I have EVER stayed. Really really poor customer service, unclean, unsafe and unfriendly. If I could give a minus it would be minus 5 stars.

Hotels that do not provide towels, toiletries, doormats and non-functioning lifts

Because the distance between one participant's room and the others became scary, actually the room was quiet

The bedroom has never been cleaned and the place is rather haunted

The hotel room is spacious and complete with supporting furniture for room needs.

Place is ok i bet a year ago or so it would have been beautiful. All the right things are there . But it has been left ro rot room tatty but cheap so balance i suppose

Because there is a campus study tour, it will stay here. The hotel is under renovation. It happens to be a spacious room with a living room + a dining table complete with a kitchen and refrigerator. Well, there are no towels, toiletries (soap, sampoo et al) in the room and hotel slippers. The room is quite comfortable even though the sheets make my skin red (maybe because the sheets are not clean). But this hotel is close to tourist attractions such as Kuta Beach et al. Worth to try for medium budget hehrhe

Room facilities are good, there is a mini fridge, water heater for coffee, spacious bathroom, spacious room. Breakfast is not okay because it's only been half an hour and it's been refilled for a long time. Location near Kuta, many convenience stores near the location

Yesterday I was here on a school tour to Bali. First, look at the review, how come? Some say haunted, some say it is a mystery why the 4th floor was removed directly to the 5th floor, the bathroom smells, the swimming pool is not maintained, so there is no buffet etc.

If I am based on reviews and experiences there the place is quite comfortable. Fortunately, too, when I stopped by my friend's room, there were some who seemed haunted, the 4th floor was abandoned because Balinese people believe that numbers 4 and 13 are not good so the 4th floor is removed.
For the problem of being haunted or not, it depends on the person because every place has its supernatural beings, because they are indeed one of God's creations. but in my personal opinion the 6th floor should be repaired immediately because many lights are dead and the ceiling is also broken so it looks haunted.

For the bathroom it was also lucky, the hotel bathroom that I got didn't smell, my friends got one that smelled good, some were dead, some were alive,

The swimming pool does have broken tiles and is left alone, but whoever wants to swim in the pool is better off swimming on the beach, while in Bali.

Whether you eat a buffet or not, it also depends on the service you choose. Personally, I can eat the buffet. To taste the food actually good. That's all I can review on bkr Bali. For the others, it's okay. The hotel clerk is also friendly, WiFi is smooth. 3 Star rating is deserved for this hotel.

Uh, there's one more. I tried searching on google before this hotel was a 5 star. Only because there was a problem of dispute, so it went down and the service had changed a bit maybe the owner had changed.

I got a good view on the third floor. However, the interior of the room and the facilities were inadequate. Hopefully it will be renovated soon.
