the hotel looks very poorly maintained, staff is not friendly, welcome drink is not available, room is spacious but looks dirty, under the bed has never been cleaned and the dust is very much, while staying there there is still trash in the toilet, dirty towels are not taken , so I entered the room with 4 towels, 2 dirty towels, the toilet was never cleaned. I requested a make up room and asked for a dirty towel to be taken, but it turned out that until I checked out the towel was not taken, and it seemed the bed sheet was not replaced. 4 star hotel but like 1 star.
