Have been a patient for a number of years. At my last check up no treatment was needed. I have a missing front tooth and asked if they would do impressions for me to take away. (I work for a Dental Lab and could get the false tooth and plate made free of charge). Not much to ask you would think. But Baldevs are all aboit the money and refused to help me with this and said I would have to pay for them to get it done through the lab. The thing is they would probably send them to the Lab I work for!

I am not going back here again. I initially went to them to have both my wisdom teeth removed. After telling me they couldnt take both teeth out, they proceded to mess me around, losing my refferals and not contacting me for 7 months, More

Always busy but shouldn't a dentist be so...if it isn't I'd be more worried. Friendly and professional.

So I had an emergency appointment Thursday after extreme tooth pain.
I had an infection deep down in the tooth into the gum.
The dental practitioner injected an antibiotic in my tooth then put a temporary filling in. Without draining the infection.
The next day my mouth was so swollen as if I had eaten a golf ball and severe pain in my neck
I couldnt sleep or eat
Even swallowing water was difficult!

I have now had to go to another emergency dentist to get this sorted.

Absolutely disgusted that I've had to pay twice for treatment when this should have been sorted first time round.

Clean and friendly dentist surgery. I had very good experience every year and I would recommend surgery to my friends.

Worse experience! Came to the dentist to have chipped tooth filled in and was told she was just going to file my tooth and then add white filling and then called me a liar and didn't add any filling as told me that's classed as cosmetic, I have walking out with my front tooth filed with no filling and now a gap between my teeth and a sore top lip as she didn't even file it enough to make it smooth. Never again going to return

Expect to wait at least 30 minutes from the time of your appointment before you're actually seen. This last visit has sealed it for me that I'm switching dentists.

put off going to the dentist for years due to fear and nerves. Went there today and they couldn't have been nicer. Had a tooth pulled and was constantly checked on to see if I was in pain (didn't feel a thing). Really recommended this place! Believe the dentist that saw me was named Kelly

Went in for cavity treatment and crown. After treatment, was not able to chew on that side for a long time. It hurt quite badly. Work done was bad because the tooth next to it also started developing cavity and the crown was not designed properly which caused a gap between crown and tooth next to it, eventually leading to another cavity. Overall, not good!

My visit was lovely. Receptionist was nice. was greeted promptly and seen quickly. nice practice :)

Dreadful. Cancelled an appointment due to an emergency and they are still yet to process my refund. Emails being ignored and telephone calls being ignored. Next step is complaint.

Wish I could it no stars. Needed a filling and had the rudest dentist who decided (after I said I wanted a white filling) to put in a silver filling. Have spent so much money at private dentists getting it fixed and the recent dentists that I've been to said that the dentist at Baldev's put a toxic coating on my tooth which means it's rotten even more. Disgusting. Awful practice.

Called to book an emergency appointment, receptionist very rude and patronising to my wife.
I have a bad phobia of dentists and have been refused an emergency appointment. Shocking!!!!

Absurd advice is being given over the phone by one the receptionists, I called in saying I needed an emergency appointment to fix a chipped tooth that was cutting my tongue. They told me to get a home filling kit, as a temporary solution. I said I wanted a qualified professional to do it as it was painfully cutting my tongue and I am not a qualified professional myself. They continued to deny me an appointment, keeping in mind I was also willing to pay for it. I was on hold a couple of times, it seemed like the receptionist was a bit lost.. She came back with the dentists advice and told me to file my own tooth with a nail file at home. The dentists at this practice must be getting qualifications at a bakery.... Next time I might as well chew rocks before I reach out for professional help.

Always been able to get an appointment when urgent treatment required.

I cannot praise Baldev Dental Care enough. They quickly got me out of pain and followed up with a full repair. The staff are extremely professional and very caring. You really feel that you have been looked after. Thank you.

Would like to say a big Thankyou to the receptionist, other staff and the lady with her daughter arriving for their appointment.
It could of been a lot worse this afternoon.

Great service friendly reception staff the dentist was amazing. Made me fell relax very quickly .

I can t thank liz enough for her treatment and understanding .
My elderly Mother feels the same , and said liz. is so gentle when injecting anaesthetic she was amazed she didn t feel a thing .
The reception staff have also been excellent .

this practice has been my practice for many years and i couldn't recommend them enough , great service friendly staff and lovely dentists who put there patients first highly recommend to anyone who needs a great dental practice

Absolutely disgusted with the service I recieved over the phone today, phoned up for an emergency appointment due to my tooth hurting on one side, was laughed at when I asked 'when will my appointment be able to go forward?' asked the receptionist what she was laughing at, and proceeded to carry on laughing for the duration of the call, absolutely disgusting service and will be switching dentists as soon as I can.

I'm a complete coward with dentists but treatment I received over the last 2 weeks I cannot give enough praise to the young lady dentist I saw. She reassured me and explained what she was doing. For once the injections never hurt, which for me is the worst bit.
