At a wedding next door to this venue which was excellent

Hire the place for a wake, lovely spread lovely staff, could not fault them

Fine array of ales to choose from. Good vibe, good music, food fantastic, staff excellent

Working mens club desperate for customers, needs a more welcoming entrance and to somehow encourage visitors from next door Tyne Bank brewery.

Lovely and warm indoors. Great covid secure measures implemented including ordering food and drinks via app to table. Clean toilets, free parking, good outside space too. Looking forward to returning. Great venue

For a club grinks are quite expensive. Entertainment? Watch Phoenix Nights for an accurate idea! However, that being said regulars are really friendly to newcomers, and the surroundings are nice and cosy, this is what a proper working mens club is meant to be. For me, thats worth 5 stars :)

Bad beer management not bothered about it . manager has not got a clue how to pull a pint.

A well run club. Great entertainment. Friendly atmosphere.

Great inside just don't expect much venturing to the back drinking area.

Tyne Bank Brewery. Great venue bar for lots of good social interaction..

A shadow of its former self. First time I've been in since the late 80s. No atmosphere, no cheer, looked like the last chance saloon, all we needed was the wind and tumbleweed blowing through the bar. I'd sooner never drink again than go back....

Its a nice friendly club visited many times a have nice barstaff

My local play darts there got married there was a glass collector there what more can I say 30 years on it's a family there we look out for Avery one in there no matter how you are if you are in the right
