90% of ambulances are unsafe or have exhaust leaks into the cab. Place disregards chp safety regulations and constantly risks lives of everyone from patients to staff. Managment only cares to hound and punish severely underpaid emts trying to do a hard job with nothing to help. The only good people here are the ones who want to leave asap. Biohazard disposal?? Wouldnt even know where to put it they probably throw it in regular trash for cost efficiency. Proper mask fitting? Nahhhh heres some mediocore expired n-95 masks. Obstetrical kits? All expired. Oh yeah the fbi raided this place awhile ago.
The EMTs were mediocre at best, couldn't figure how to transport a baby in his car seat...the ambulance was a mess, things were knocked everywhere.
Costumer service is terrible or maybe it was the person I spoke to "Sheila".
I got a check from my insurance so I knew I owed money to someone, I made the calls to find out where the money should go, when I finally figured it out they started calling me and leaving me nasty messages about taking legal action if I didn't pay in 3 days and that they were going to send me to collections... Have in mind.. they never sent me a bill, so I didn't even know who this people were until I called them to sort it out.

Wonderful staff, great management. The EMT's are a bunch of nice young adults who are very polite to you, "Because all Firemen are polite". Oxygen tanks are always left full, because alot of what they do is emergency calls their tanks are always full. Rigs are always tidy and budah forbid they dont know San Diego like the back of there well manicured hands
The ambulances leak exhaust into the cabin. That in of it s self warrants a 1 star review.
