So one more time had an unpleasant customer experience. Submitted an order which i do all the time, 15 minutes before the cutoff time to be shipped overnight, and of course they wouldn't take it, as they didn't see it on time, so they told me their team will not process it. In fact now they told me that the cutoff time is way different from what it always used to be. And even manger covers their employees instead of helping their client. So disappointed again.

We deal with many companies across the States. We have found during this Corona outbreak that many are not dependable. I's not the Corona issue it's the overall customer service. Keeping clients informed should be a top priority. Bag Makers' staff are top notch. From the initial contact (the factory was closed and the sales department was working remotely) to delivery we were kept informed and they delivered EARLY!!!!!!!! Not only did they get a nice order from us, they got a loyal customer. I look forward to doing many projects with Bag Makers. GREAT JOB! BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. I called today for a quote and customer service was very patient and polite, all my questions were answered. They sent me the quote by email in less than 10 minutes. We have already done other jobs with this company and I have nothing to complain about customer service. The only part that I believe could be improved is the website and the catalog. I couldn't find the phone number. And there should be a website for companies that resell.

Terrible customer service. It's very hard to work with this company as some of the employees cannot communicate with their clients properly. Do not respond to questions from the first time, need to email several times asking the same thing, and simply refuse to resolve any misunderstandings. Running into this issue for the 3rd time already, that is why feel obligated to leave this review. I hope management can make things better!
