We deal with many companies across the States. We have found during this Corona outbreak that many are not dependable. I's not the Corona issue it's the overall customer service. Keeping clients informed should be a top priority. Bag Makers' staff are top notch. From the initial contact (the factory was closed and the sales department was working remotely) to delivery we were kept informed and they delivered EARLY!!!!!!!!
