Great advice and a great selection in the showroom. Everything can be customised so be sure to explain what you are looking for, likely they can get it for you. Will install your new chair into your office and check everything is setup just right so you keep good posture while you do your work.

I was reccomended to visit backworld as I suffer from severe arthrits in my back and I was advised that I would need an ergonomic chair, properly adjusted, in order to sit in comfort. Backworld has a fantastic range of chairs suited to the task and settled on a Enjoy Comfort chair which is the most comfortable chair that I have used in a long time. The build quality is top notch and gives me confidence that it will last for many years. I thank Paul for taking his time to show me the range and explaining key features I needed, particularly the tilt function allowing free movement. Overall Excellent service.
I'm not generally a fan of going shopping but I've always enjoyed visiting Backworld on Topsham Road. There seems to be an optimal selection of chairs to try and with Paul's individual and informed attention I have had the confidence to invest in a number of items over the years as my needs have changed. I highly recommend the range of products and service (which recently included free assembly and delivery of an RH New Logic chair).
Feeling lucky to have found Backworld through an internet search. I was thinking it would be a couple of months before I could take delivery of the chair I wanted in the particular colour I had in mind. Paul at Backworld has supplied my wife and I with a HAG Capisco Puls chair each after a informative and friendly discussion about our requirements and budget, rather than sell us a more expensive chair Paul confirmed that he thought the Puls would be best for us.

We bought two Conform chairs recently - stylish and very comfortable. Paul was most helpful. He provided plenty of advice on what would best meet our needs and encouraged us to try out a variety of chairs before making our decision. He offers to visit for an assessment before purchase - charged for, but refunded if a product is bought. Paul offered fantastic service to help me out. Working from home it became very apparent that I needed a new (ergonomic) chair. My back was in an awful state, so Paul very kindly offered to bring round to my house two chairs which I could try out over a weekend. Just to say that the delivery was lightning fast considering it came all the way to West Wales from Exeter! I am mightily impressed - having ordered the chair yesterday afternoon, I've already assembled the chair and been sat in it for the past hour working and it's still morning!

Hi There I am a registered children's and adult's nurse working from home mostly during the entire pandemic and lockdowns and needed some adapted equipment to help ease my significant osteoarthritis of the lower spine.
The manager of Backworld Paul, discussed my needs and gave me some valuable guidance on what would be ideal for me to use at home. I required something lightweight which I could assemble and dissemble easily and would be light enough to carry as my dedicated work space is my kitchen table!
The Eiger Pro standing Desk is lightweight, easy to assemble literally takes moments and is flexible so I can adjust it to work from seated position or standing and is so beautiful to look at. I really wanted a desk which looked elegant & would not be an eye sore, this is made from bamboo so is light coloured and certainly looks elegant.
One of the astonishing factors was Paul and I discussed my buying the desk and then claiming my expenses from the purchase later and he agreed to send the desk immediately and trust the process of claiming the money back so I would have the benefit of the standing desk almost immediately.
