He has an excellent range of products in the shop, and gives a clear explanation of the benefits of each and a chance to try them. He offers to visit for an assessment before purchase - charged for, but refunded if a product is bought. He is also happy to deliver, and to give advice to ensure the product is set up correctly and will give maximum benefit. Highly recommended.
