Great selection of cut flowers. Good selection of house plants and pots. Plants are always healthy and last well. Garden supplies tend to be somewhat more expensive than what you'd pay at a hardware store.

Bachmans is awesome! It is our go to place for flowers and plants. The staff is very very knowledgeable. They have an excellent warranty. You pay more but it is worth it

I love the selection of items at this location, and convenience of having Patrick's Bakery onsite is amazing!

Bachman's is THE place you go to for your greenhouse needs. You can count on fresh flowers, quality plants, and helpful service. They may not be the least expensive nursery in town but you won't get bamboozled here either. Thru offer fair guarantees for their plants although everything I bought here has flourished.

I used Bachman's for my wedding this past May. My experience started with a late appt. I set the appt up for one time and when we got there, they stated it was for another time and then the consultant was almost an hour after THAT time. To make it up to me, they offered a free toss bouquet (which I never got). I ordered 4 bouquets and 3 wrist corsages for the moms. The corsages were pin corsages NOT wrist corsages, so one of the moms didn't wear hers due to the type of dress she had on - it had beading and wasn't easy to keep pinned correctly. On the flip side the bouquets were absolutely gorgeous and lasted quite a while. I had a memory vase of roses and they lasted almost 2 weeks without adding anything except more water. They were very affordable as well and added charms that I supplied to all bouquets and corsages for free (not sure if other vendors do that for free or not)

We used Bachman's for our wedding and could not have been happier! Everything was exactly how we wanted it and Jen was amazing!! We had a switch of coordinator for our wedding and they made the transition so easy and smooth. My bride bouquet was so full and gorgeous my arms were sore! You won't be disappointed with the quality and service. Thank you for making our big day beautiful!

I hate how there's no handicap accessible parking spaces in the front of building near the entrance. & is only 6 handicap accessible parking spaces on the side of the building where the employees are supposed to park.

If everyone provided this kind of service, the world would be an amazing place. We bought our Christmas tree from the Eden Prairie Bachman's just before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, it turned out to be so dry that it lost needles like I'd never seen before. It was a bad tree. We called Bachman's and within 24 hours they sent out 3 guys who took the bad tree, replaced it with a beautiful new one, and let us use a heavy duty stand which they'll pick up when we're done. The guys were terrific, genuine, and very helpful. Bachman's provided all this, no questions asked. In my experience it's really hard to find any company willing to do what Bachman's has done for us. I applaud the employees, the ownership, the management, and the training.

I ordered flowers for a friend s birthday and they turned out wonderfully! They were beautiful and affordable. I also want to mention that their customer service is great!

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my sister s birthday and I was overjoyed with the result! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, significantly larger than I had anticipated, and my sister absolutely loved them! The delivery fee is way more reasonable than other companies I ve previously purchased from

There are few places better to shop for greenery. As the flagship store, this one can be a bit overwhelming just in terms of size, but its so great. One of the best places to refresh while you shop indoors in winter and their indoor winter markets area also amazing (but super busy, so get there early or some stuff will sell out). The prices are a little high, but the product quality is great.

Margaret is the greatest! Must look for her and take her classes. She makes a trip to Bachman s worth it. Margaret helped me out patiently as I tried to figure out how to do my first window boxes project by myself.

Really cool place with a bakery thing inside. Flowers are a good price and the place is cool if you want to walk around for a bit.

Lovely place to visit. So many wonderful flowers, fun home decor, and the Bachmans look house ...such a fun experience. Plan to spend some time here so you can leisurely walk through Bachmans and enjoy all they have to offer. It's a treat!

They delivered them a day early because they were concerned about an impending snowstorm - they called first to ask if it was okay. Loved the personal touch. I would definitely use them again and they didn't charge an arm and a leg for delivery.

When I first came I was was so pleased with the shopping the items that I purchased were reasonable and unique. Would love to see this again

Went to Bachman s the other day and had not one but every employee I came back was rude and when I asked a question it was a problem. I called today for a sympathy floral arrangement to be made and was told they are too busy to make one for tomorrow but if I pay $15 dollars more and have it delivered they will do it. I thought you were too busy? Does not make any sense. They then told me to come into store and pick flowers and arrange them. That is the best they can do. You know what I have to because I have a gift card but never again will come back to this over priced and rudely staffed store.

This is for the fridley store. Not Lyndale. Lyndale was nice on the phone today.

Super excited summer is here beautiful flowers everywhere

I could spend the entire day (not to mention a small fortune) here looking at and buying plants. There's also garden statuary, wind chimes, gazing balls, fairy gardens, an indoor cafe, pots and water dishes, bird baths and houses, bug houses, and bat houses. I wish I had room in my house and yard for all the things!

Kept us waiting 20 minutes for our scheduled appointment with the florist. The florist herself was wonderful, but the people working at the desk were very disorganized.

Bought a few indoor plants that were little over a month old but were not doing so well. Plants were overpriced to begin but knowing Bachman has great customer service decided to buy them

When I tried to return or exchange I was rudely told by the manager that warranty is only 7 days for indoor plants
Not worth my time to argue over $16 worth of plants
I spend hundred of dollars a year at Bachman s for my garden including over $200 fir hydrangea trees etc
I will take my business some where else
Went to Lowe s and bought the replacement
Lowe s price is lot better.
These local stores forget that there is always online and national chain

My gf brings me here once every week or two. I'm tired of this place, but if I don't give it 5 stars we will be fighting I think. Awesome place with good variety and quality plants. I'm saying this on my own free will.

Best place to get Campania International. Best prices. I love Bachmans on Lyndale. It relaxes me. The garden ladies and gentlemen have really helped me create beauty for my home. Still have REAL customer service.

I came there the other day for the first time to try it out. They have a good selection of flowers for my personal taste. I like gardening. I found everything I was looking for. The employees there were helpful and friendly. However, a couple of the managers were not quite so helpful. When I tried to talk to them, they barely said anything to me. Also, I do not feel they need to post the employees' work schedules for the customers to see.

One of my favorite places in minneapolis! They have a bakery/cafe too with amazing quiche and desserts! Plants are a bit expensive but they do have very nice ones. The greenhouse patio is a really nice place to go during the winter to feel like you aren t in Minnesota anymore!

I had never been there before and saw people pouring into that building yesterday so I had to stop to see what was in there. I was in awe and texted my daughters that, "You have got to see this. We should meet here next week to have lunch and walk around." Yesterday, at Bachman's, I bought super cute Scandinavian decorations for a low price.

Love the Spring Idea House!!!!! Got some awesome ideas!!! We could take our time and look at everything!!!! We took a lot of pictures!!!! $5 off $25 purchase was nice too!!!

I love the indoor plants area in winter! The grouping of plants by light needs is super useful and employees are generally helpful. I also enjoy the winter farmer's markets.

Everything floral and garden that you need is here. Wonderful staff and florists. Fair prices that may surprise you.

12/8: unfortunately updating my review because i just don t appreciate being berated by employees every time i ask them to not wrap my plants in plastic. i m a relatively skilled gardener, i m well aware of temperature shock to plants and don t need a lecture every single time. i can assure you the 15 second walk to my warm car on a 35 degree day will not kill my $5 poinsettia, where it will then be put into a reusable bag to carry inside. what s more harmful is the impact the excess use of plastics has on the environment. as a plant shop, this should be a no-brainer. consider compostable bags or at the very least, respect a customers wish to not wrap the plant in 2+ layers of single-use plastic.

great selection of indoor plants and they re always very healthy and well taken care of! never had issues with bugs, mites, etc. every time i stop by, there s always something new. love this location!

A Minneapolis standard for quality plants and flowers. Always something new to find.

Very appeasing atmosphere and a nice get away during the colder months. The food was a little pricey and nothing special.
Okay place to take your mother, aunt or grandma for the atmosphere but wouldn't go back.

The only thing that would make this a better shopping experience is a wider selection of iron-based weed killers. We come here every spring for our garden.

G'day, What an awesome place. We travel quite a distance to get to Bachman's and it is well worth it. The plants are the best you can find and their condition is outstanding. The staff are as nice and helpful as anywhere I have seen. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Great flower store in great place to pick up seeds dirt or fountains or whatever your landscaping or floral needs are period I also enjoy looking at their flea markets type things that they have sometimes on the weekends in the early spring

Can't get the online order form to work; called the store at 7pm and no one answered even though the website says they're open until 9 pm. Taking my Mother's Day order elsewhere.

Great gifts, flowers, and the cutest little cafe that sits in the greenhouse area. In the midst of winter its a wonderful little escape.

So i went to Bachmann's because it is near my office and was amazed at how well laid out the store was given how big it is. You don't have to go through the entire store to get to what you want. It's very divided so it's almost like 3 small stores under one roof which was great. I thought wow I should leave a review on this and then I shopped a hardware store today for more plants and was completely disappointed in the customer service and the price was no better. Holy crapp this is a great store. Not to mention it has a crazy thorough selection.

Nice place. Very hot in there today, but my wife got the flowers she wanted!!
