If everyone provided this kind of service, the world would be an amazing place. We bought our Christmas tree from the Eden Prairie Bachman's just before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, it turned out to be so dry that it lost needles like I'd never seen before. It was a bad tree. We called Bachman's and within 24 hours they sent out 3 guys who took the bad tree, replaced it with a beautiful new one, and let us use a heavy duty stand which they'll pick up when we're done. The guys were terrific, genuine, and very helpful. Bachman's provided all this, no questions asked. In my experience it's really hard to find any company willing to do what Bachman's has done for us. I applaud the employees, the ownership, the management, and the training.
