The food is constantly fresh and flavorful, workers provides fantastic customer service. I liked how clean it is and vibes. Would recommend to others.

Forget Domino's - Love the pizza, especially the white pie! BBQ chicken wings weren't bad either.

Excellent food, perfectly located in new providence business district. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Good for family meals or parties.

It was my first time there, and I loved it. The meals were delicious and their service, Awesome.

Exceptional food, moderately priced and a nice atmosphere. The location does not support large groups (10+) well however the wait staff does everything they can to make your experience great.

This USED TO be our go-to spot for a delicious meal and great service. Until....... today. We made a reservation, (though early for dinner) with hopes to secure a window seat. I managed to get the day off and wanted to spend the warm afternoon with my kids by one of the beautiful sunlit windows that line the front of the restaurant. We checked in and were pleased to see that they weren't too busy. It was still early, 4ish.

Very very slow if you are eating in, so make sure you have plenty of time to spare.

With that aside, the food is really very good indeed!

I went there for the first time today and thought it was great. Bacci is basically the same as the pizzeria I went to often Angelo's but it is under new management. I had a Chicken parm. and a 10" plain pizza and thought they were both excellent. My only criticism is that it took about 30 mins to get out the food. Still I recommend eating here if you are in an Italian mood!

At the time I went they had no help for waiting tables, I guess it was either the owner or manager waited on my table of four! Super nice.

Ordered a Sicilian pizza for delivery. I was told it would take 45 mins but came in 15 which was strange. Opened the pizza very unappetizing looking with wet cheese mashed all over and mounds of tomato sauce. I thought hey maybe it tastes better then it looks, I was wrong. The pizza was warm at best and the soggy piece of pizza I've eaten in recent memory. Day old microwaved pizza couldn't be as soggy as this. There was moisture dripping down my hand, not even grease or oil but moisture from the amount of cheese and sauce compared to crust. Called and got a refund and the man didn't seem to think anything was wrong with it. If they are happy pumping out this crap and are proud of it good on you but wouldn't recommend.

I have ordered and gone to this restaurant multiple timesin the past 3 years since I work nearby. Never have I had a problem untill today. Both my coworker and I ordered Penne Vodka, when placing the order I get asked what pasta I want with this. Really? Isnt penne the type of pasta? How do you go about asking someone that? After my food gets delivered 1 hour later when they stated 25-30minutes, my food looked like Mac & Cheese but in penne form. It was a pale orange color smelled like Mac & Cheese and tasted nothing like Vodka sauce. I understand that pasta should be cooked untill al dente, but this pasta was just hard and not cooked right.

I called to complain and the person was very helpfull and stated they will send a rush order with the same thing and i stated so it can taste the same. He asked if I wanted anything else and i stated that I am very dissapointed and i wanted my money back. The food got here quick and lone and behold.............it was the same exact thing I previously got. COME ON............REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!
I did not call them back to complain what a waist of my time and money. I'M VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!

We were so uncomfortable that we had to ask for the check and leave abruptly. One martini, almost finished appetizers, but couldn't even stay for dinner and another drink. (really wanted a pear martini!) The spacing between chairs was too close for my comfort level, having recently lost a (local) family member to covid 19.

THE worst Sicilian Pizza I ve ever had in my life. 90% bread, 10% cheap cheese and sauce. Super doughy and bland. Seriously, not even close to a proper NYC pizza.

First off I can say that I had been impressed with their pizza in the past, and had been looking for a long time to having a sit down dinner here.
The service was sub-par and it was a quiet night, so it is not like they were packed with customers.
I ordered the Proscuitto la Parm as an appetizer (which never came) the salad was a little wilted, not off to a good start. I ordered the stripsteak with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. The asparagus was good, but the mashed potatoes tasted like they had perfume? on them, and the steak was literally inferior to the frozen strip steaks that you can get at Walmart (4 for $20). My son had the Seafood Fra Diavolo. He usually dives right in, but he had very little. I tried it and it tasted like the shellfish had been in a refrigerator for a week. Very disappointing. The best part of the meal was that I wasn't charged for the appetizer that never came. I won't be back

Great pizza and big menu to choose from.
Staff is very friendly. Had an emergency and had to get tiramisu for work birthday celebration....let me tell you: everyone was asking where did I get it from. Absolutely delicious. Owner helped me out right away and gave me a good price on it.
Personally I try to stay away from carbs but I love their salads and the whole family enjoys the barbecue chicken pizza

We adore this place. Great pizza, they pay a lot of attention to the details like crust and sauce. Casual setting. Has become our weekly go-to place.

I have tried all the local pizzerias in the area and nothing beats Bacci. Our family loves it. Other than their excellent pizza and veg roll, their staff is very respectful and friendly. Very nice ambience too.

There pizza is good. I just didn't like there penne vodka on my last visit... It was okay (eatable) but definitely not worth the price.

Had our Red Hat luncheon here today! Our food & service was excellent! Our waiter/server Gary was terrific,pleasant & comical! Enjoyed very much & would highly recommend & definitely return to eat here!

Incredible pizza / Italian place. The in-house made Calamari was great. Huge selection past pizza too. Really good prices, great service and even better food. The waiter, Gary, is the best. Can't wait to go again!

Prices are moderate. Food is very good. Dining in or delivery the experience has been very pleasant.

Chicken parmesan dinner is wonderful! Came with a side salad and fresh steamed veggies. Chicken was nicely seasoned and grilled not battered and fried. That was probably my favorite part. Staff is excellent and attentive. Got a piece of tiramisu to go on the advice of my server. I'll update everyone later when I find room in my full belly to eat it.

The food was favorable; but portion sizes 1/2 of expected for double the price of other places. Service was just abysmal! The $12 salad was barely a single serving size; we asked for plates to share & were given tea-cup saucers. Lol! Nice place to stop into for a beer on the way home; but go elsewhere for dinner.

I work in new providence so I order lunch pretty much every day and 99% of the time it's from bacci. Filet mignon panini and grilled chicken avocado wrap are two of my favorites. Delivery is always so quick. Love bacci!

I come here for lunch quite a bit. The food is always outstanding. The wait staff is attentive and the food comes out pretty quickly.

There is always a great variety of specialty slices to choose from; all are great.

Great place for lunch and good pizzas to! The portions for lunch are large and you can bring home for dinner. Yum!

I don't normally eat pizza but I walked in to grab something quick and there was a slice loaded with shredded zucchini, and some other green goodies. To my surprise, it wasn't even heavy.
Love it and will return to try their manicotti.

Food was okay. I got food to go and the pasta sauce was similar to mack and cheese in a box. The color was orange instead of a creamy red sauce I was expecting.

There are a lot of great pizza places in New Providence (and the neighboring towns), but Bacci's is my favorite. I especially love the Supreme pizza (with a little bit of everything on it), but their Margherita is excellent too. They also offer delivery which is speedy and friendly.

I woukd love to give 5 stars but i have only had the pizza and chicken parm so far. That being said tho......OH BABY DO I LOVE THEIR PIZZA! This has quickly become my new fave. The pizza just tastes...... great. Its not dry, its flavorful, theres just something drawing me in. Chicken parm was also very delicious, and i will try out a few more dishes before upgrading to 5 stars.

Food has always lived up to its expectations so far, and the pizza is great. This a small family owned pizzeria it seems but overall the service is great and the food is awesome. You should definitely try their buffalo slice or the margarita slice.

Takeout 3 meals. Included individual side salads, eggplant rolatini, stuffed shells, meatballs, garlic knots and eggplant parmigiana. Yummy.

Good. A bit pricey, but best in town. The eggplant cutlet & red pepper pie is probably my favorite.

Everytime I go there i get a slice of pizza. Their crust is awesome everytime.

Great food, service, convenience, and economy. Everything from pizza to filet mignon. Casual ambiance and great for kids as well! The staff is cordial and accomodating.

I like their Supremo Pizza. Antipasto is also nice. Reasonable value, friendly service, and nice food.

Called them up and had to wait almost 30 mins to get a replacement. When replacement came it was horrible pizza and cold. Definitely not buying from them again.

This is my favorite pizza place in the whole area. The pizza is great, the staff super-friendly and helpful. You can sit and chill and watch the World Cup on TV while you munch your favorite food!

Decent pizza with a couple other meals worth trying. Personally I like the blackened chicken with sauteed veggies.

Terrific food, friendly service and according to my kids amazing mac-n-cheese.
