Poor Customer Service, been trying to call almost a day. The phone kept on ringing and nobody answers.

Having a bad numbering que implementation. #7 was in the service desk, #6 already gone out when the que # was still at 53 before the rese, he already surrendered his # card, After the long wait , #6 back and asking what is the active #, and reclaimed his # from the guard. I've waited more than an hour. Guard on duty insisted that it's their practice.

phone was always cannot be reached :( tried calling multiple times but no one's answering or if not, the line is busy.

Worst branch. Slowest. Im here right now, been waiting for 30min.
For my number, only 1 customer has been accomodated, slow and only 1 teller for over-the-counter transactions?

Slow service. Small space. No chairs for waiting for customers

Bastos. We call, we dial for almost a few hours and no one rides. When someone answered, they just picked up the phone, did not speak and put down the phone. Arrogant.

Been calling their published phone number for 2 weeks and never got any answered call.

One of the slowest branches I have ever been to. It's really worth your time.
