Regardless of the parking problems, a hospital in ...

Regardless of the parking problems, a hospital in the middle of nowhere that does not have adequate parking would have to be closed, it has enormous organizational problems: biblical waiting times make it almost useless. First aid, waiting for a minimum of 6-7 hours, an MRI six months, a specialist visit a year. An example? Knee resonance: regional ticket 46 euros and booking after 7 months, private doctor without request, the same day for 56 euros. There is something wrong ....

I can't give zero stars, too bad. Uncomfortable, expensive parking, inexistent services, rude and poorly trained staff.
I have been here several times to do checks and I hope I don't have to set foot there anymore. I highly recommend other facilities.

Hospitalized after a motorcycle accident, bad first aid. They disinfected my wounds after a day only after my sister's reminder ... wounds still to be disinfected. Diagnosis communicated badly to my family, saying that I had broken ribs instead they were micro-fractures. Do not allow family members to stay close to the patient p.s. I was just moving my arm and for two days they gave me liquid food that was impossible to swallow .. much less my mother arguing with sour nurses brought me finger food. After 3 days they put on the shoulder brace that was put in the first aid. In words they seem good but the most serious thing is that they do not even allow a family to make assistance .. They hunt continuously from the department. I took them bad words. They resign me making me buy a guardian .. They give me a number to call and arrives the guardian (winter) of a fabric type Alcantara and we are in August. I have not even had the receipt. A winter guardian and sold under the counter
Today, 12/16/18, I discover that my prognosis has still to be dissolved because the expert of the municipality has pointed out to me. I'll have to go back to this hospital fantozziano .. I still resign in protected discharge .. did you do it on purpose? So now I come in lane ehh ehh

Being a very complex structure my judgment is strictly related to the cardiac surgery department where last month my father underwent a delicate operation. All the phases of the stay, from hospitalization with first aid to pre-operation checks up to the intervention itself and post-operative (intensive care included) were impeccable. Very kind and attentive nursing staff and surgeons extraordinarily available with the patient and us family members. My opinion is really positive. The hospital could be evaluated from many other points of view (other departments, clinics, room televisions, parking, connections, bars and restaurants etc ...) but it would be impossible to review this complexity.
Cardiac surgery in particular with Dr Capuano and Melina are promoted to me with full marks.

Total disorganization, for hours there is no one at the emergency room and there is the line for the triage of acceptance. Naturally, nobody is visited in green code. I had to sign to leave without being visited. How we have been reduced.

Coming to the emergency room is an apocalyptic experience, waiting for even 12 hours with a yellow code, there is no one who gives indications to families about the state of patients and when they insist, they are told to be patient because "here it is so ", there is no correct order to visit. I think that those who manage this place are not absolutely up to the task assigned to them and think that those who pay this scandalous service are us Italians (the usual pecoroni), it would be better to close it and allocate the funds to improve more efficient structures. I remember you responsible that the name FIRST AID is called so because it should be "READY", otherwise it should be called a clinic, so no one would have to complain about the usual delays.

Staff here are not happy to help anyone. We waited for 6 hours and they were going to send us home with an ice pack. I argued forcibly with the Dr to treat my husband with what we knew needed to be done (we had talked with my husbands brother who is a Dr) and he finally gave in. Husband is much better now, but if we didn't insist he would have never received the treatment and would be in lots of pain still. Go here only if you know what you need and can argue your way in.

I was hospitalized some time in this facility, where I changed a couple of departments, where in both I found unfriendly staff and listless in doing their job. The nurses stood in front of their room laughing and mocking patients for most of their shift. Not to mention the cleanliness. During the visiting hours, the auxiliaries entered the rooms and annoyed the relatives who visited the patients. The night shift nurses slept during the shift, and one night my bed neighbor who had a pulmonary embolus was not rescued in time.

It is untenable that in the withdrawals department it is managed in such an incompetent way, because it is not possible to have a management software programmed that calls for it is unknown how long the same numbers are and consequently occupying all the branches; without leaving one or two going on to the next numbers. After 4 hours I can say that this department really sucks and should be closed and rearranged. The only positive point I have found is that when a guard is found, this section works great without making excessive files.

Crazy. I try to be as short as possible. And I write today, with a cold mind, because if I had written yesterday, too angry, I could have exaggerated.
I had to have the plaster removed from my son's arm, slab and everyone at home. 4 hours! I swear! 4 hours in a row.
Disorganization in its maximum expression. And here someone might think "would you be able to do better?" Answer "not only me, but anyone would be able" even if surely there is a professional figure paid lavishly to do it.
Some might even think that the problem is money that does not go to healthcare. True problem that, beyond the rhetoric, cannot be discussed or even less resolved in a review of an irritated person. But those who work in that hospital don't deserve a salary. Whatever amount is paid to him is theft. Dozens of nurses stopped, chatting, annoyed by requests for information. Orthopedics accepting girls who spend the day talking to a friend who has gone to see her while the other branches burst with patients. Girls who, close to the computer tutor, go about looking for a piece of happiness once they have finished what they mean work.
To wait to pay for the ticket, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. I had the number 36 (so you can trace who I am) I entered that there was the number 11.
Once at the cash desk? To pay 20 minutes. That is, 20 minutes to deliver a sheet and give 56 euros by receiving in exchange 1 number for the visits requested.
Madness!
If the state doesn't finance Sant'Andrea I'm happy at this point.
If the operators are poorly paid by the cooperative on duty, they know that they deserve less than what they perceive.
Not everybody? Okay, we're in Italy and meritocracy must give way to recommendation, but the vast majority.

I'm sorry to have found that the profession of nurse could be an opportunity to donate one's professionalism and kindness to others. It should be gratifying to be able to give a little of oneself to others. I understand that first aid is not easy to manage and is stressful, but whoever arrives there certainly would prefer to be elsewhere and must add, to personal suffering, also the fact of being treated without dignity. I am sincere in saying that my experience was not positive and that the nurses are very rude, not caring about a mother's concern!

Good evening to all, I give a positive opinion only because today I met with a person in charge of the levy staff, sensitive, competent, otherwise for what I saw today they should close as a healthcare company. a company like this that does not cover and protect people from danger ... today, when accessing the ramp from the exit at Sant'Andrea, entry started at about 1 km from the third lane of the junction, with the risk of being paved by TIR vehicles that circulate at high speed, all because the hospital has reduced the parking or perhaps too insufficient for the reach of the Romans, not to mention the conspicuous delay that has reported to all the visits to which a person must support in the hospital, in all this, after about half an hour of waiting in line in the car, someone dared to go in the wrong way, including the ambulance with merciless sirens .... when it was simply easy to put a security guard who was giving the entrance to the parking barrier the entry sheet that we pay very salty to give way to take off from the connection ..... I was told that it was not possible .... I am speechless

Medical staff and paramedico prepared perfect reception is. In the First Aid and in the triage departments always ready to welcome patients except where there is no place in the ward guaranteed the first urgent care well-packaged diet food
Good laboratory analysis unique lacuna la. Cleaning company that tells its employees to say that when you are hospitalized you must necessarily provide yourself with toilet paper soap and paper to dry your hands even though there are dispensers in the bathrooms now the question is the following I have the opportunity to make a purchase like that and if I were an elderly person and without financial resources regarding my judgment on the maintenance of the hospital is reduced by two stars to restore the legality on the companies contracting the cleaning of the rooms of the department
Today two months after the bad review on the cleaning companies contracting the aforementioned hospital is even more disgusting than before I loved this hospital an emergency room that makes water on all sides ask for a tablet of painkiller and the password is not my job you can see the hand of the m5s I do not understand what awaits the judiciary to intervene the NAS to restore all forms of legality because a modern is efficient first aid is now reduced in a hospital of 400

I got along well with my daughter, unfortunately I don't. Maybe it happened with the right doctors, not all are the same. I hope they continue like this. A special thanks to Doctor Addi of gynecology for coming to meet me on a difficult day with my daughter Aurora at PS.
Special thanks to Doctor Bernardini of the PS, to Cardiologist Doctor Comito and to the nurses on duty.
Good job

For 10 years I have been attending the S. ANDREA hospital, in particular the team of Prof. Barbara Maurizio, prof. Monini, dott. Tarantino of the ward and otorino surgeries that I want to publicly thank and congratulate x the gentleness and high professionalism demonstrated. As I was saying 10 years ago from Modena I went to Rome for one of the first hearing aid interventions to solve my hearing loss. It still remains the only hospital in Italy, I return periodically, and I repeat the same feelings of gratitude towards this excellence.

Aseptically assessing a hospital is difficult. It is a place of suffering and hope where many doctors work hard (and some don't) to save lives. The structure is modern but crowded, too crowded. There are times when the emergency room looks like a subway stop at rush hour.
Returning to the overall rating it is a clean, modern and quite efficient place. I don't feel like giving less than 5 stars but maybe 4 was more right.

I was operated on in this hospital at the Plastic Surgery department about a month ago, what to say if it hadn't been for my surgeon who operated on me (fantastic and very competent person) in this horrible quagmire I wouldn't even have put 1 star, the structure is out of reach and to reach it by public transport is a martyrdom, arrogant and rude staff, not to mention the Responsible Doctor who is not absolutely competent, traumatized me "psychologically" telling me that something catastrophic would have happened to me with certainty when it is not so. Very bad experience I would not even recommend it to my Enemy!

Thanks Dr. Longo and thanks to all.

Half an hour before the appointment I was an eternity to understand where the otolaryngology department was, the fact is that going around the entire hospital between one department and the other and rude staff who do not even stop to help you, I arrived in delay in the appointment with a doctor who did not even want to work, I therefore strongly recommend to all personnel, operators and doctors to make you a healthy examination of conscience, and perhaps take careers more suited to your presumption, as the operator ecological, cleaner or the bench warmer.

Access system to withdrawals from third world. The introduction of this "computer system" is fallacious. I have the number PS 004 taken at 06.55 and now there are 09.04 am I still have not even been called to register at the counter.

Absolutely disgusting
It happened to me, because it was forced too short times, to go to another structure.
Only for 24-hour pressure monitoring
Appointment at 10:30.
Artistic at 10.
After 20 minutes in a row to get the number I have to wait until 12:30 to sterilize the machine.
The girl dressed in green who receives patients and withdraws the demanding is the most useless person in this world ... Grumpy, stinking and with food between the teeth ...
Absolutely the worst experience in a hospital

Very bad. Removal of a mole, to the surgeon (novice boy) while performing the removal and also the mending hands were shaking, the thing is not very inviting.
Not happy after a few days after removing the stitches, I noticed that they had forgotten a cm of thread inside the wound which made me infected.
I am trying to call the various numbers to which, of course, nobody answers at any time.
Strongly advised against !!

PS I advise the supervisor to have adequate control and supervision, which I fear will be non-existent so far.

Radiotherapy, responsible Prof. G. Minniti

Radiotherapy, responsible Prof. G. Minniti
I sincerely hope that none of you understood in this department. Shallowness, indifference and unqualified personnel.
In the last period to the delivery of the chemotherapeutic drugs was present a listless and incapable energumeno, that complained of having become a pharmacist (tired of delivering chemotherapeutic drugs) a kind of trainee who did not miss an opportunity to be a "bully" with people who were hurried and lost from the pain of the illness of his unfortunate family. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, go elsewhere!
My father died of brain cancer, alas they could do little, as their humanity was very little. With the hope that you will receive the same treatment (surely) I send you my best regards

Very rare qualified staff.

Very rare qualified staff.
1) The internal staff skip the line, wasting time for those who get up at dawn and come from the other side of Rome.
2) To the acceptance-request medical records, etc ... There are not the strips that go to indicate the path of MACHINERY AND / OR BEDS WITH PEOPLE INSIDE! ACCEPTANCE AND PAYMENT TICKET NEAR THE OPERATING ROOM. If one has an infection that he does not know he has, can it be hygienic to have patients be treated there?
3) Put a roadside check as well, as you put 2 private guards to traffic management, who then a private guard could direct traffic? But anyway it is useless to put staff at the entrance, when at the exit the people with the car park it in front of you, creating traffic obstruction because they have to pay the ticket
4) I had to board because an AR1 recommendation of 10.00 was never withdrawn. Returned back, correct address and confirmed by the "legal" executive offices - Reply of the Italian post office: "Despite the package note of withdrawal in stock, as nobody to withdrawn recommends it on the day of delivery and the 30 days to come, we re-deliver the letter to the sender. "I wasted 10.00 of registered letter + 10.00 Diesel to go to the offices in charge and let me do the protocol requested in August!

PS it is useless to post sheets indicating that the doctor of a public hospital during the service is a public official. Then we citizens invite the aforementioned Hospital Company to put names and surnames of the doctors on the lab coats and not. In such a way that even we citizens, as a State and as with taxes we are to pay you the salary. "What then to the health if the money doesn't arrive go to knock to whom of duty" But we citizens must be protected like you by doctors who take advantage of their charge. Why don't these things exist in private structures? Why take action with idlers!

We went to the emergency room with my 6 year old son who had split his eyebrow (it happened 2 years ago). The surgeon Musolino Michela Teresa Anna scored 2 points for him. Easy to say ..... Imagine a baby crying, screaming and not being touched. The whole medical team lived up to it. They treated my son as if he were a most important person in the world: with so much tenderness, so much decision and so much patience. Dr. Musolino Michela called him "my little star". They made a masterpiece: the scar is invisible. Thank you!

Hospital??? Medical executives who delegate too much to young boys who do not know where to put their hands and who clearly do serious damage ... The current Emeritus Professors should work as they did before ... Making conferences, congresses, workshops ... Abstract and then. .? let the patients be killed in the ward ... This is not the doctor ... And then we are amazed by the facts that happen in the world ...? They want to do too much ... the speakers, the researchers, the managers of the department, the primary, the presidents of various associations all with PROFIT .. .. Etc etc. but then on the battlefield who leave us ... ???? The poor graduate students !!!!!! Only that the poor patients give us back ... A good one. 80% of all those working in this hospital should be fired in the trunk and several super BARONI Doctors radiated from the register of Doctors! Shame on you.

I went to the Sant'Andrea hospital for a visit in maxillofacial surgery and I had the misfortune of being visited by Dr. Belli, who without visiting me and without looking at me he liquidated me saying that the surgery chair is broken and in any case case he could not have done anything, to which when I asked why they had given me the visit if the chair is broken the doctor replied in a very rude way and he liquidated me telling me to tell my doctor to buy him a new chair for visit. Then I went to the urp counter and when I mentioned the doctor's name, they replied that they are full of reports concerning the doctor and that unfortunately there are people who are doctors and others who are only graduates. Frankly I think it is very sad that people like that who allow themselves to treat patients in this way, are paid with our public money and that moreover I wasted 4 hours and 30 to go to this facility to hear me say the chair is broken . Shameful!
