Front desk was so disrespectful with no concern to my problems. The other things were small compared to the smirk on her face in Tower 1. Over 40 years in the real estate industry I never experienced such a pompous attitude. Peeling paint, no locks on doors, water leaks, rodents and mold were just a few. Best of luck Bobby!

Appalled. The company needs more time developing a better training program their employees. Also the workmanship in Avida Towers in Iloilo City is in disarray due to quality materials or low standards.

It happened at Amaia Skies Shaw. I got items stolen in my condo unit. Nobody from security saw it, CCTV is not working anywhere. Property Management Office just brush off the incident even I reported the incident. Lost was a washing machine and an 6 cubit feet refrigerator. It sounds very unlikely, if not impossible according to anybody I know who are familiar with condo management. I wonder, APMC told be it is not their concern.

I have enjoyed my time to one of the village in Sta. Rosa which was well managed by APMC. I am not only impressed with the management but impressed with the professionalism, support and MALASAKIT of all the employees of APMC.

My friends were ridiculed by the front desk in Avida Towers 1 Iloilo City. Never felt so disrespected by a teenager. Her grin and smirk tore a hole in my heart. Best of luck.

Employees are so incompetent. No system. They should be in mass termination.
