She is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a home loan. She is professional and pleasant and made the process of our refinance an absolutely great experience! Debbie Taylor was great! Our house-buying experience was very difficult (certainly not because of Debbie or Axia Home Loans). We had issues with the failure of a seller to complete our first contract and then going through a month of looking for another house. It was the worst. One of the only things that went smoothly was everything Debbie did for us. She was always communicative and always available to answer our questions not matter what time of day or night I texted. She saved my sanity.

A great option if you're like me and don't like using credit. They have a very low minimum credit score and no minimum lines of open credit. The first place I tried wanted me to get a bunch of credit cards, ish. Axia workd very fast and Marisa Gotsch was able to get me financing is just 35 days.

Getting our home loan from Tony Cittadini of Axia Home Loans was amazingly pleasant and trouble free. Tony was easy to work with and very accommodating. My wife and I work full time and preferred to meet with Tony in person. He was willing to meet with us at his office at 6:00 PM after we got off work.

At our meeting Tony explained all our loan options as well as the advantages as disadvantages of each. He explained the process and answered all our questions completely.

The loan application process was easy. We filled out their application online through their iPhone app. The application was amazingly brief. I thought there d be a longer application latter but learned they only ask for information that s really needed. We received email or app notifications as Tony needed more information or documentation and provided them online.

We opted to pay additional to get a lower interest rate. Tony was genuinely concerned we make the correct decision. He discussed with us the advantages and disadvantages. He provided personalized charts with several scenarios so we could make an educated decision. He never pressured us to go either direction.

We went with a VA loan which we re told can be a very long process causing delays. With Tony s help there was no delays at all and the closing happened on schedule.

During the process Tony kept us updated on progress by phone and email. Scheduling the signing of the closing documents with the Escrow company was difficult because of our working hours. Tony helped arrange the signing at his office with the Escrow company. As a result the signing went perfect.

After the closing and funding of the loan Tony explained the process for making payments and to fell free to call him if there s any questions or problems.

We re very pleased with the whole process. Tony and Axia home loans did a great job.

I've worked with Karol Johnson for years now! She helped me purchase my house, and then assisted me with refinancing with an incredible rate of 3%! Her and the team are amazing and work so fast paced to ensure that you are well taken care of. I wouldn't recommend anyone else as a loan officer, I even have family and friends who are within banks - still will only refer to Karol.

Sheryl Trembley was horrible . We I have been in communication with her for almost six months we initially had to do credit repair and ones able to get credit up she was nothing but inconsistent on information I would never recommend using her as she does not make the best recommendation based on your credit or the situation. Are they say she does not make the best recommendation based on your debt to income ratio. She was not helpful with the application process. And said one thing then when going through pre-approval gave up night and day different answer

This was my first time purchasing my own place, as I only rented. Axia and their Agent-Shannon Smith were very helpful with answering any questions that I had, and also with helping me sign and send back the documents I needed to in order to purchase my condo.

Pat Laughlin at Axia worked tirelessly to get our pre-approval and our financing in on time so we could make an offer on a popular townhome, and close before we had to move out of our apartment! Pat was such a great guy to work with and it really felt like we were valued as clients even though we weren't buying a multi-million dollar property. Our terms were great given that our credit wasn't awesome, and we had a limited amount to put down. We really felt like they were fair with us. Highly recommend!

I have gone through the financing/refinancing of a home 9 times in my life. My experience with Jim Campbell was BY FAR, the best. He is knowledgeable, and very responsive to questions and concerns in the loan process. By far exceeded any prior experience I have had in financing a home.
