Just got my machine back from these idiots. Dont use them they don't know how to read an instruction, and forget that you are the customer. I had a Hybrid drive in the machine to which they deleted both drives unnecessarily and installed the operating system on the wrong drive (different to where it was). All they needed to do during the install was select a different drive and that was to hard (an a or b decision). My operating system was corrupt apparently even though it was a new hard drive and 6 week old windows install. So now I will have to do what they didn't do. I can see why the insurance company use them probably cheap, as the quality of work is poor. I have been using computers for 32 years and know what I am talking about. Pissed

Worst company ever! Don't touch them with a ten foot pole! Sent my laptop to get fixed for battery, comes back with glue smudged on my screen! Not only that they put a refurbished battery! Sent it the second time to get the screen fixed, comes back with the same battery problem I had before. 3rd time sent it to get battery fixed again, comes back with my power button being stuck and very hard to press. WORST COMPANY EVER. Will be going to ombursment, this is ridiculous.

Had to send my PC to them for repairs as per JB Hifi s warranty program. Once it arrived, I received an email to say it was on its way back to me via Australia post. Came back in flimsy packaging with minimal protection, went to the wrong address which is how I know they didn t read my repair instructions. There was no repair description, no response to emails and the phone number is pretty much bogus. I finally got through to them via JB hifi and was told they replaced the hard drive and repaired the motherboard supposedly. My CPU itself isn t turning on at all which was most definitely not the problem before. I have no idea what they ve done but JB hifi wants me to post it back to them at my own expense. This company is absolutely terrible, do not deal with them if you ever have the choice.

The guys at NPC were great we got at there office at 4.55pm on Friday afternoon they dropped everything and got us fixed up straight away as we wete leaving for interstate the next day can't thank you enough we would recommend them to anyone thanks guys

Absolute joke of a company!! Said they would repair it within the week, they didn't. Said I would get it back in 3 more days, didn't. Said I'd get it back in 5 more days, still didn't!! It took them 4 and a half weeks to repair my laptop and get it back to me, and it still doesn't work!!!
Worst computer company, completely lazy, and minimal customer care.
Only gave it one star because I couldn't give it less.

decent customer service but they dont even check to see if problem is fixed! First time they returned my computer to me and it wont even turn on. Second time it turns on but windows is unusable. Clearly the don't their repairs at all. Ridiculous.

Sent in my surface pro as it was having issues with the keyboard. Technicians and receptionist were very helpful and gave me a good understanding of what was going on. I was very hesitant with sending it all the way to Melbourne but glad I did as customer service and repairs was amazing . Honestly can t complain about there services.

It has been super challenging to try and get a cracked screen fixed during COVID and Stage 4 lockdown but Sam has been super friendly and helpful during the whole process. She was apologetic with he delay as the part is taking longer to come in than usual (which is totally understandable and no fault of theirs) so I am reviewing them based on the Customer Service I have received and they have been amazing!

WORST REPAIRER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Not only did they fail to fix the fault, they completely ignored another fault altogether. I had to send off for a second repair, they kept my computer for a week and did nothing to it. When I requested for the repair report, they emailed me the FIRST repair report, and underneath in block capitals said 'we tested a few times and works fine'. To cap it off, when dealing with my warranty company to get the matter resolved, they claimed they couldn't even find record of the first repair. Literally the most useless company I have ever dealt with.

As an insurance claim we HAD to use their Mobile Device Services DEPT for screen replacement for iPad. After some dodgy dealings getting it there, it came back with pressure cracks, a loose corner and the home button got stuck under the screen. We sent it back and after negotiating with them that we did not have to pay because it was their fault, they replaced the screen again and sent it back to us. Unpacked it today and discovered that the screen is already lifting on one side. Avoid using at all costs.

I had to wait 6 weeks for my PC to be returned and apparently all that they did was replace my CPU. This only fixed 1 of my 2 issues. Not very impressed! Maybe need to work on their efficiency or have parts on site, because this took way to long.

Completely lazy and useless service. I had my computer fix through JB HiFi extended warranty, and in the description sheet, I did explained in very details what went wrong with the computer. 4 weeks later I received the exact same unit with exact same problems, all they have done was factory reset which I can do it myself. Completely rubbish. I'd love to give them minus 5-star service if google even has that rating system...

Jbhifi has this company as their 3rd party repairs and they are the worst. My laptop was sent back damaged and ofcourse I had to send it back which took longer for the laptop to get repaired. I asked for express return and they send it through regular parcel post.
Clearly they don't care about customer service.

Can't understand that they can send a computer back twice unrepaired without even any comments to say what the problem is or whether they think they have addressed it. I have had to buy another computer as can't be without for 2 months. How does a company like this score a contract with JB Hi-Fi. What a joke

Unbelievably incompetent.

Unbelievably incompetent.

The technicians took an entire month to replace 2 ram modules, and then sent back my computer, in the same box I sent it in (which was already ripped and repaired with tape), with the computer case broken.

After sending it back AGAIN, and waiting another month (this is all happening during one of my busiest University Semesters by the way), they declared the computer irreparable, and provided me with a store credit refund.

After convincing them to return my old hard drive, and asking for the cables to be included (which they agreed to), I received the hard drive, 2 weeks later, with no cables whatsoever.

There has just been constant mistakes made on their end and I can't recommend people to steer clear of them enough.

Called up three days in a row to ask for an update on what they were doing with my PC, still haven't heard anything back from the technician, and what is with that obscene charge for backing up my PC? I can do that myself for free.
