Getting our home loan from Tony Cittadini of Axia Home Loans was amazingly pleasant and trouble free. Tony was easy to work with and very accommodating. My wife and I work full time and preferred to meet with Tony in person. He was willing to meet with us at his office at 6:00 PM after we got off work.

At our meeting Tony explained all our loan options as well as the advantages as disadvantages of each. He explained the process and answered all our questions completely.

The loan application process was easy. We filled out their application online through their iPhone app. The application was amazingly brief. I thought there d be a longer application latter but learned they only ask for information that s really needed. We received email or app notifications as Tony needed more information or documentation and provided them online.

We opted to pay additional to get a lower interest rate. Tony was genuinely concerned we make the correct decision. He discussed with us the advantages and disadvantages. He provided personalized charts with several scenarios so we could make an educated decision. He never pressured us to go either direction.

We went with a VA loan which we re told can be a very long process causing delays. With Tony s help there was no delays at all and the closing happened on schedule.

During the process Tony kept us updated on progress by phone and email. Scheduling the signing of the closing documents with the Escrow company was difficult because of our working hours. Tony helped arrange the signing at his office with the Escrow company. As a result the signing went perfect.

After the closing and funding of the loan Tony explained the process for making payments and to fell free to call him if there s any questions or problems.

We re very pleased with the whole process. Tony and Axia home loans did a great job.
