Michelle and her team (especially Rikki) were vital to us closing on the exact date we needed. Every time we had a question we got immediate answers. Every time we needed something to be emailed back they were quick to get it to us and make it very easy for us to get it back to them. This is the second house we have bought using Michelle and we will continue to use Michelle. Amazing customer service and a very warm and friendly person.

Selling a home can be stressful. Trying to sell while purchasing a home can turn into a nightmare, but Amy and her amazing team took such good care of us. They understood that this process was new for us and we were crunched for time being that my husband was deploying soon. They made sure the process ran smoothly, kept us well informed of any and everything happening and always kept our needs first! It's one thing to be treated nicely, and it's a whole different thing to be treated like family. Mike Walsh was amazing! We were probably one of the hardest closes for him being that our income includes self employment and disability. We were also on an impossible time schedule but he got us into our new home by our move out date. He was very responsive, courteous and waved his magic wand every time we hit a road bump. I worked with Frank as I represented a buyer on a home purchase. Frank delivers a concierge style service that is uniquely tailored for his clients, as well as his business clients who refer. He is absolutely obsessed with providing the utmost relationship based service it is crazy how ridiculously dedicated he is. If you want a life-long banking partnership, he is your guy. He is very direct, yet client focused to meet/exceed your expectations, and blows all previous home lending experiences out of the water. Just WoW!!!
