My company uses AwardCo for our Employee Service Awards and I would highly recommend them. The contacts setting up our account and day-to-day administration are great to work with, knowledgeable of the services, and truly want to make the experience for our employees and me, as the administrator, the best process it can be.

This is Awesome! I hit my 3 year anniversary in February - used my points within a couple of days to buy air-pods from their online portal with Amazon and received them the next day! Easy - to - use technology and such great customer service as well!

It is a great place to work. Even when the first job that I was hired to do turned out to be not a great fit they worked with me to find a job where I could better utilize my skills. The executive team has a vision for where they want to go and are always open to suggestions on how the product or company culture can improve.

I wish I could give this company less than one star. Their super aggressive sales style makes for multiple harassing emails asking for meetings. Then when I politely decline they just have another salesperson email me. I can t seem to get them to stop emailing me (it s been almost monthly for almost two years from four different awardco sales people). If I don t respond to their emails, they ll email me every day with each email getting more and more hateful. They might be a decent business, but this isn t how you attract new customers.

Awardco is a forward-thinking company with an incredible culture. They prioritize their employees, do wonders for their clientele, and emphasize service to others. Over the past few years I've followed their journey of growth and success, and can tell you it's not by happenstance. They are truly a great group.

I've been at Awardco for a week, and I can already tell that this is going to be an awesome place to work! Everyone is constantly reaching out to me to make sure that I have things to work on, and then checking in with me/walking me through different processes. They are friendly and like to have fun while working hard. And there are some great snacks!

Awardco is one of the best places I have ever worked. The energy is great, the employees are wonderful and the leadership is on point. The startup feel is contagious and everyone feels it. Awardco is pointed in the right trajectory and is definitely going places. I recommend this company to anyone.
