CAN'T SEEM TO GET TRKS LOADED IN A TIMLEY FASHION. BEEN AT THIS PLACE FOR 12 HOURS SO FAR. WITH NOTHING BUT LIES FROM THE BROKERS. (AVENGERS)

This company giving you the false information about load, when you are coming to pickup the load you see the dimensions are much bigger then were agreed, even if you prove with pictures and videos they will tell you as you are wrong and they won t pay for this. You will spend your time just waiting for nothing and they will not pay for this time. At the end you ll spend your time for free. They are The Cheapest Company Ever

Compared to past employment Avenger is a dream come true! The respect they hold for every single employee is amazing. Avenger knows that if its employees succeed and make money so will Avenger, and they provide the tools, resources, and guidance to make it happen! Fantastic company to work for, and great to work with!

Look, I work at Avenger. All these 1 star reviews from carriers, well they fail to give any real context to the complaints. This is logistics. Stuff happens. Customers come back and cover their own load, sometimes were given the wrong information. Yes we will call you over and over if youre running late. Thats our job. Loads get canceled. My point is just because a handful of people here dont like the way there particular load was handled, I assure you, we have run over 155,000 loads and these few are the only with something bad to say. A 0.0083% complaint rate aint oo shabby. HAVE AN AVENGER DAY!

Like most others on here, I m a carrier and they cancelled an oversized load on me the night before loading. Pilots and permits already in place and they couldn t have cared less. Great first experience Carl. I don t expect there will be another one.

I'm a Carrier i booked a load of frozen chicken from MS to TX. At first its a one pick one drop. The day of my pick up i get an text message saying I have to go get it inspected and then deliver well that is not what the rate con says. So I said f#$% it. I get it inspected so it's too late for delivery. I was told 7am to 11am deliver time i get there at 7am and the place doesn't open until 9am. Then I was told cash only on the Lumper. Don't you think that this is something that should have been communicated by the broker. Too make a long story short. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY LIE AND DON'T COMMUNICATE.

Would like to speak to an operations Specialist Josh Jones a Broker trying to book a 50 foot steel beam as a partial load! Says you can put freight next to it! That's not ok and that is bad business for the customer! I feel bad for shippers and Receivers that have to put up with bad business like this! Asking for a freight claim!
