Working with Axle is a really good experience. But the day we realized they are very committed and professionals was when some things got a little bit complicated with a load. The way Sam Hall handled the whole situation was so sharp and efficient. Not everyone is capable of providing good customer service in complex moments, and that speaks much more about a person's commitment, responsibility and vision. Excellent job!

In the past week our company has done 4 loads for Axle Logistics. I've been working with Wes W on 3 of them and Chuck M on 1. These guys are easily 2 of the smoothest brokers I've ever come in contact with. Their responsiveness is in a league of it's own. Typically with our dedicated work we shy away from even touching stuff from brokers because there's always some type of issue. Any question I've had about a load, they either know the answer or they put in the effort to get it. So far every load has literally gone smoother than our dedicated work!

We hauled a load for Hollie C. and she was great. Good rate, great communication, and offered support throughout transit. 10/10, great job Hollie.

I have been working with this company for a long time and they have never failed us. They always gave reasonable prices and good loads to us. especially Zach Crockett. I am an owner operator who has been working with Axle Logistics for a while now. I started out through a gentleman named Seth Lovell. Great guy. Devoted to his work. I wish all brokers were like him. He respects truck drivers, treats you as equal and really shows appreciation and acknowledges the value and importance of your contribution, which, in my opinion, is a quite rare behavior among brokers. A kind gentleman who works hard to organize the work of the owner operator in detail and always is available to solve any issues that may arise. He is very considerate, treats you fairly and honors your work. Seth Lovell made me like Axle Logistics and certainly changed my perception of brokers. This industry needs more personalities like his.

DONT EVER WORK WITH BEAU sold us a reefer load to WI with a Fri 0700 delivery , its currently 1530 and we are now finding out from the receiver that the appts were cancelled and they Axle Logistics was informed they failed to notify us of this and we have been sitting there for nothing all day.

Stay away from working with them as its just a waste of time and money.

Bradley was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. He was extremely helpful and is here for you when you need him. This business needs more brokers like him.

I book often loads with Axle and the guys working there have been always professional and honest, last time i booked with Brad Freels, responsive and honest man, highly recommend !
