Coming into the store I was a bit nervous due to the aggressive nature of sales consultants and the hassle of the process of purchasing a vechile, but I was very satisfied to say the least. This place goes above and beyond to satisfy customer needs. Impeccable customer service from both the sales and management department. Highly recommend this dealership!

I drove from tucson because no one would work with my situation. But the staff at avondale Mitsubishi didnt look the other way or make any excuses and worked hard to put me in a vehicle. I am amazed at how Raj Singh kept working with me and got me into a 2018 outlander. Would highly recommend anyone to him. Well worth the trip!

Great experience my sales guy Chance was awesome in getting me into my vehicle. I came out of there with a vehicle that runs great ac works and my payments were less than I expected to pay per month. Only reason I couldn't give them a fifth star is because my vehicle had no gas when I took it home. Other than that they worked with me to get me a great deal. Thank you Chance and Avondale Mitsubishi.

If your looking for service, I've had a great experiance. For sales? This place has atrocious customer service. I purchased my car here and I was there for 6 hours or more because they had no idea what they were doing. The guy puting the information into the computer typed like a sloth, nor to mention he messed up on the entry 3 or 4 times, left the room for about 20 min, brought someone else In who had no clue what he was doing either. Eventually everything went through and I left. Also I had a down payment they allowed me to pay at my check date, I put my debit card on file told them I was going to pay cash though, they said it would not run unless it wasn't paid on the agreed day. They took the amount in full the day BEFORE. I would never go here again if I don't have to. There's a mitsubishi closer to me I can go to if I need to.

I worked with an Internet manager before coming into the dealership to purchase my 2016 Outlander Sport. She was very thorough and was able to answer most of the questions I had. When arriving at the dealer I was greeted by Ti Davis. He was very professional and helpful to make sure we were getting everything we needed. The customer service they provided me with was unlike any other car purchase I've had. I highly recommend this dealer for your next vehicle purchase.

I had a good experience getting the vehicle but they did not have emissions done and several things needing to be cleared before taking the vehicle off the lot. The tires was bald on the back 2. I was asked to sign a paper stating extra items would not be added hence safe reliable tires. I thought vehicles should be safe by law before driving off a lot. I had to buy my own new tires a week after. I had to pay for my own emissions. There was dog hair all under my seats. They just did a quick vacuum. No detail was done for the used vehicle I purchased. It was like the owner just handed me the keys. The vehicle was not ready to drive off the lot but I had no choice because I was in need of a vehicle. Dealerships really know how to take advantage of you and don't realise it's all the money we have as customers and work hard for what we get! #disappointed

Had a great trade-in experience at Avondale Mitsubishi with my salesman Ro. Got me the vehicle, color, options, & payments I wanted. Getting a brand new Sport that is still wrapped in plastic! Loaner car while they put car together. Can pick up new car in a few hours. Highly recommend coming in to see what Ro can do for you.

Soooooooo at the moment I'm rating 5 stars. But at the time of writing this the used Ram I bought from them 2 weeks ago, did have the check engine light come on yesterday (more on that later) so I'll keep you updated.

So I came to this store with very low expectations. They had a used Ram with extremely low miles (too good to be true low) so I wanted to check it out. I came in pretty late and had already looked at an almost identical truck earlier that day at a different dealer ship. So a test drive wasn't necessary to me at first. I told them just to run a credit app.

After some negotiations we got to a number I was happy with, unfortunately my co signer was out of town so I had to wait a week before we could finalize the deal. Loui (the GM) offered for me to take home the truck for 24 hours to make sure I was happy with it, so I did.

Upon arriving at home I had a gut feeling that the such low miles had to be too go to be true. So I started thinking what if this is one of those scam dealerships. I immediately went to this review page to see what other people said. I sorted by lowest rating because I know that most 5 star rating are fake and I wanted to see the real stuff. And tl;dr they aren't good. I got worried that there had to be something wrong with this truck.

I pulled the Carfax my self to compare it to the one they gave me ( to see if they were falsifying the report) and everything was accurate, no millage tampering, clean title, no accidents. But not everything gets reported to Carfax so I wanted to investigate it myself. I proceeded to spend the next 2 hours crawling all over and under the vehicle trying to find signs of accidents being covered up. I found nothing. However I'm not a mechanic so I needed a professional opinion.

The next morning I took it to a mechanic shop by my house and had them do a full inspection. Everything came back positive. So I felt comfortable purchasing the truck. But still a little distrustful of the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I asked Loui "how do I know you aren't going to sell it out from under me." After all I have invested some money into the inspection and Carfax.



The week goes by and the deal gets finalized, I'm happy, and they have a sale. Fast forward two weeks (to yesterday) and the check engine light comes on. I call Loui yet again. He seemed genuinely surprised by this news. He asked me questions about how the truck is running and if anything seemed different than the previous 2 weeks. But everything felt and looked normal. He then told me to bring it in on Monday morning (tomorrow) and they'll take a look. Sooooooooooo moral of the story is do your own research of the vehicle you're looking at. Also don't get mad at them for things the bank controls (all the finance options).

So yeah Loui has been super helpful and Justin (my salesman) was also pretty nice and genuinely interested in my trade in and listened to what I had to say. It's important to admit I was a car salesman for a while so I know the tricks of the trade. I was upfront with them about this and (unlike other dealerships) treated me like a regular person or even a friend and not just another dollar sign.

I'll update tomorrow after I find out what the check engine light is about.

Ro Montoya was nothing short of amazing! He was patient with me, even though I gave him the run around, he made everything work out for me in my favor. And after his long days work I was able to pull of the lot with a Dodge Challenger for my 22nd birthday. Awesome job Ro! Thank you so much for your hard work! You are very appreciated. Jose O. did a great job helping us out test driving and eventually buying a new car. I am a difficult buyer and in 110 degree weather, he was patient and grabbed multiple set of keys and grabbed us water along the entire way. Once we chose the right car for us, he explained the process and stayed fully engaged the entire time. We were in and out in no time. Thank you Jose for going above and beyond to get us in the right car.

GO TO A TUNER SHOP AFTER PURCHASE THESE PPL ARE CLUELESS WHEN IT COMES TO MODDED CARS...Sell tuned cars in the JDM department that are likely to blow up a week later... if you buy anything JDM from these people take it to a tuner shop or itll most likely blow up. Had to reflash my 2016 sti and no im not talking about a 2011 STi im talking about a 2016 can you read? You guys say your cars have stock ECU maps which both of them DIDNT my 2016 was overboosting by 12 PSi you guys dont know anythin.. maybe if you were honest with yiur customers ppl would be happy

Went to check out a car. S2000. Went to go use the restroom. Restroom must not have been cleaned in years. Some one can get sick just by walking in to the rest room.
Then They bring car to show and road test.
This car is a pile of bolts. Plastics dragging from under the car. Front bumper has fresh spray paint. There's more dents on this car then you can count. Used cars at this dealer are not certified.
Recommend new management or new owner that cares about his business to run this place. As of now. This place is a mess. I will recommend to stay away from Mark mitsubishi in Avondale.
