Avondale Mitsubishi Review

Routine maintenance light came on had to take it in for a recall my wife got an oil change and the recall taken care of her. My routine maintenance light came on on my Outlander Sport same type of car except here's is an Outlander they did the recall on mine but never did an oil change my car is one month newer than hers and she's the one that got the oil change for nothing don't make sense will not go back to her again think I'll go to Midas also the service writer in for me afterwards that it would be $15 for my oil change I told forget it now I've got it for nothing I should then when my wife called back to see how when I could get in for the $15 the informed her that it was now $50 for a synthetic oil change they said I could not use regular oil upon checking the manual I can either use regular oil change or the synthetic oil change they just want your money the best way that they can get it

The finance guys are shady and long story short I went dodge a few doors down and bought a truck. The vehicle I wanted to buy from them was worth no more than 9k with all the issues it had but they wanted 12k and They wanted 6k down with trade in. They wanted to give me 2k below trade in value. I ended up buying a 2017 ram for 37k with 500 down.

Am not happy! Found out you guys sold me a car with a bad carfax in lieu of a a good carfax. Will be expecting a phone call, soon, from someone. Otherwise CBS FOX & NBC will hear about this whole situation.

My husband and I came in too look around and normally I hate going to the dealer ship they push you into getting something you cant afford or dont really like. That's not the case here Mr. Raj Singh was amazing he was friendly and worked with us to find us something that fit our family and that we could afford. We will be only doing business with him from now on since our oldest will be driving soon this is where we will be and so should you.

Went here to get some parts for my 03 Evolution and sure enough a team of young unskilled individuals would not have the ability to help me with my issues. I would like people to know that this dealership is not bad but the management should definitely have some order and skill training to secure customer assistance on a day-to-day basis. Thank You.

Wow I cannot believe the experience I had at Avondale Mitsubishi the salesmen I had Damian was one of the best salesman I've ever been around. He he was very polite and helpful at every turn. He took his time with me which I really appreciate. I am glad I decided to go to Avondale Mitsubishi to pick up my new Mirage.

We're here to get my car appraised and they try to hustle me for another car forcefully trying to check my credit to do business..

Just a quick summary sticking to key points that will make me never do business with them again, never recommend them to anyone. Problem one.... took entirely too long to payoff my trade-in, not only did I have to pay the note on a vehicle I no longer owned I also incurred late fees. To top that off when they finally get around to paying it off they call the bank again to get the payoff amount (most dealers just payoff the initial amount and the bank gives you the over payment) which was then lower due to me having to make another payment on the vehicle. After multiple calls It has been a month and a half and I just now received the overpayment check from the dealer. Problem two..... The windshield was cracked and they agreed to have it replaced. Took me 3 weeks of calling and getting the run around before finally getting a glass company to come out. Luckily the guy replacing my glass was an honest person. The windshield on my vehicle has sensors on it(much more expensive) and he had brought a windshield that wasn't made for the sensors. He called the dealership and was told by the owner to just put that one on as it was $200 cheaper. The glass tech then told me he was not comfortable doing it because the sensors would not function properly and the adhesive glue would be visible from the inside due to the borders being different. It took a few calls and a few hours of waiting and finally the glass guy returned with the correct windshield. Gave them one extra star for the salesman great guy wasn't pushy seemed to genuinely want to help make it a great experience, its shame he has to work for such a shotty dealership.

Avondale Mitsubishi was a great unexpected experience i was just curious to see if my credit would be holding me back. I was approved with even my poor credit, they really do back up what they say, when they say they work with all types of credit, I ve had the pleasure of being greeted by such friendly staff, and Damien was a big help who closed my deal, fantastic place to come and best experience I ve had now I m driving away in my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander....Thanks Damien and staff!!!

I went here to buy a car found a great looking impala 2017 black 27k miles still under Chevy warranty so I was told . Then after buying it car kept breaking down with noises from suspension.they attempted to fix it and failed I was then told by Chevy car has no more warranty because it was wrecked. After they said 0 accidents but my research shows them getting the car damaged. And replacing my entire sub frame and other parts , then Chevy attempt failed again after that . I have all receipts and papers that the car is a lemon . Now they have taken the car from me even though the car is mine in my name . I have already purchased a attorney and have started a claim against them . Because they are refusing to pay the car to the bank . I m trying to purchase my trade in back but bank says they still didn t pay off the new car . So pretty much they keep lying . I m thankful that I bought a new car because the rental cost a lot . I have a few people I have gotten in touch with that have the same problem he said they scammed him as well , they thought I was a idiot to buy this car . I hope that the owner of the place don t know about this because if this is how they screw people over I will make sure I expose them all . I have emails and voice recorded conversations with them saying they will pay off the car and are sorry but then again so far all a lie . I hope anyone with similar issues dose not fall for this robbery they attempt to do to hard working folks .

if I could leave 0 stars I would. I was interviewed by the Supervisor Mark Marcus for Internet Sales position and he treated me terribly. I did everything right by books. I dressed appropriately, I answered the questions as best as I could, with a smile. And came to the job interview 10 minutes before I was scheduled. Mike Marcus was very cruel to me for absolutely no reason at all. During the interview he gave a cold dirty look. His tone of voice was aggressive. I guess because he is the Supervisor he can treat people any kind if way. I question the Owner's integrity if he continues to allow this to happen. But, I will say Britney who interviewed me after Mike Marcus was very kind and compassionate.

Would of been 5 but they jacked us on our second fob after they said they had it and it was listed on the key tag we had. Even made an extra trip .

I would like to give a shout out to Ian for helping me with my recent trip to Avondale Mitsubishi. After much shopping around I ended up coming back in because of Ian's helpfulness and product knowledge. I traded in my old outlander for a new one and Ian took the time to show me all of the upgrades that come with the 2018 that weren't in my old outlander. I was very impressed with his attitude and with the managers patience. I would recommend Avondale Mitsubishi to anyone, and if you do stop in, ask for Ian.

We had a great experience with Ian Blain our sales rep. He was very efficient and knowledgeable , every question we had he was able to explain on the fly. I have purchased vehicles from other agencies many times but must say that we where lucky to have Ian as our rep. The car was perfect and his customer service was genuine and he handled everything in a timely matter. Raj Singh was very helpful and nice. He went through the cars we purchased in detail. He got us the make, model, and even the color that we wanted to see. He brought a multitude of vehicles to look at.

Purchased a vehicle in October 2017 and still dealing with my compressor not working properly. We are now on our 4th time working with them to fix a refurbished or generic compressor. Drove to Avondale Mitsubishi today to show how it was not working and was told they could not look at it until Monday. Now stuck with no air conditioning for the weekend. Was not given a rental car because the rent a car place was closed. Asked for a loaner car and the GM informed the service manager due to them working with a new finance company they could not give one out. I am beyond upset.

If you're going to buy a car I highly recommend this dealership! The gentleman Sam that took care of us his supervisor boss is amazing! He ran numbers he explained everything in detail he search for the best deal possible for us and he was very forthright in did exactly what he said he was going to do and never let us down a wrong path. We left with the car we wanted and the price we wanted and the payment we wanted and the interest rate we wanted and that's difficult to accomplish and they made it happen!

Honestly had a pretty terrible experience with this place. They use brute force style sales techniques and seem to not really give a damn about what you want, only what they want to sell you. If they had taken the time do what I asked, which was simply give me a written out comprehensive breakdown of the cost and expenses, instead of trying to shove sales pitches down my throat they might have gotten my business. I wouldn't even waste your time by going here, because that is exactly what they are going to do, waste your time. On the second visit I decided to give them one more chance, letting them know I didn't have much time and just needed some quick information and to do this test drive. They completely disregard this fact and still try and shove their pitch down my throat. I really don't even know how these guys are still in business. I dealt with a few other dealerships before making my decision on my current car and has a much more enjoyable experience.

This dealership did this to us. 2 months after delivery of the vehicle. Demanding receipt of our downpayment. Texting my husband all day harassing him claiming to be the attorney general office. Demanding $200 or else out account would go to collections overnight for 3 x the original amount. After producing the receipt, Tim , in finance said "it's a good thing you got that to us tonight. I am sending over the list in the morning". No apologies nothing. Even gave them the opportunity to "make it right" and they failed. The GM said ...I was there last night. I know what went on. Happy Holidays. BUY ELSEWHERE!! The proof is in the pictures.

By far the best dealership my husband and I have ever been to. We have purchased 2 vehicles with Avondale Mitsubishi. We purchased a 2016 Outlander back in September of 2015 and we purchased a 2017 Outlander in December of 2017. Louay is amazing and I would recommend anyone I talk to who is interested in a new vehicle go and see him. He has been so good to us not only one time but two times! I also highly recommend Mitsubishi outlanders, our 2016 Outlander was rear-ended and was totaled. My one year son and I were unharmed. It's by far the safest, most affordable 3rd-row SUV and very stylish. I love my Outlander and I absolutely enjoyed both of our experiences with Louay and his team.

Avondale Mitsubishi was great! I bought a used 2012 Mazda 3i from a Salesman named Zeus. Zeus was absolutely amazing! He answered all of our questions but was never pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. He went above and beyond and even filled up my gas tank before I left! He made the car buying experience personal and made me feel as if I was buying a car from my friend. A horrible dealership! The two men I spoke to put me down while I was standing in the lot. Didn t even try and get me inside. When I asked to test drive they straight up said no. NEVER in my life have I been denied a test drive. Not to mention they have one of the smallest lots I ve ever seen.

Well i seen a add on facebook on a Sunday. We just moved to Arizona 1 month before. So i was surprised to see the place was opened on Sunday. I contacted the girl and she told me to come right in. I read her add. We was supposed to get 500.00 in cash either they pay my first car payment or my first months insurance paid. And a free dinner on them. As long as you make an appointment before coming in. Which we did all of the above. We got there the girl i had talked to was there she set us down with another salesperson and told us she would be back before we left. We made a deal and the girl never showed back up. So on Monday i talked to the owner i showed him the facebook messages and i told that the girl never came back so she could give us the deal she mentioned. He kind of pushed us off and i never seen him again. After we bought the car i kind of felt like i was important anymore. Plus the inside if the car smelled like a dirty dog. We brought it to the salesman's attention and they told us that it would be fully cleaned before we took the car off of the lot. The kid brought it back to us and the car is blue and my car now was majorly spotted in white and the rest had white powder like stuff on it. The windows where nasty you could hardly see out of the front window. Needless to say we seen a chip in the windshield while test driving the car. Chance the salesman gauranteed us that windshield would be replaced. We took it in on tuesday to have the windshield be taken care of. So we dropped it off. Like 4 hours later i called Chance to see if pur car was done and he told me they had just finished up on our windshield. When we got there to pick up our car the windshield wasn't even touched. Needless to say there is alot more that happened but i think you got the jif of this nasty place. I would never go back or recommend the place to anyone. When the owner won't make things right it tells what kind of place it is.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our experience at Avondale Mitsubishi. Our experience during our initial visit, was a primary reason we felt a sense of trust, and decided to return the next day to purchase the specific car we researched - I'm beyond obsessive about doing research.

After seeing the car during our first visit to Avondale Mitsubishi -- my wife and I still needed/wanted time, away from the car lot, to review options. As a 62-year old, who's bought a few cars over the years, I was prepared for the what will it take to get you to buy this car today speech. We were surprised when that pressure never materialized. In fact, Anthony's (sales manager) response was just the opposite, understanding and encouraging us to think about it.

We didn't have much time -- my wife's car was totaled by an 18-year old accelerating thru a red light -- but were determined not to rush a decision we'd regret. After reviewing other options from our extensive online/onsite search, we decided the vehicle at Avondale Mitsubishi (2015 Toyota, Camry) was the best deal.

Our interactions with all staff (sales / finance / receptionist, etc.) were very pleasant from the time we walked in the door to the time we drove away in our new car. I am surprised in reading negative reviews -- that was not our experience at all. I have written negative reviews for other products / stores in the past, and call them as I see them. Our experience, as described above, is what happened -- perhaps due, in part, to some of the other reviews?? Regardless of why, both my wife and I agree that we had a very good experience.

They came and picked me up because of my ankle sprain I just got and told they were going to make that deal. Poor slow service, and their loaner cars are from the enterprise rent a car so you have to get all your stuff out of your vehicle, bring it in to the dealership then load it in to the car they pick you up in and then unload it and put in your rental after you get it. That is too much! Especially when you have a baby with a car seat and a lot of stuff. Then they give you the smallest car made. How is this convenient when you just dropped off an SUV to be repaired and you get stuck in a tiny car???

I went to Avondale Mitsubishi just thinking about looking at a car I wanted. I wasn't expecting to find a salesman who actually cared about my feelings and my finances. Damian was very kind and helpful. I am so glad I came into the dealership to get my new car.

Jose Ochauo (sorry bro i know I butchered the spelling.) Pulled off what the big Bill Luke couldn't! He actually pulled up the car we wanted to test drive instead of walking us around in the Arizona sun four hours on end. HE knew his product, and if he didn't know the answer he tracked it down quickly. Our deal was done in less than three hours and the guy actually bought us a pizza when we were joking with him about dinner. This guy rocked and went well above and beyond what most salesman do to get a car deal. All you Van/Tile stores take notes from this dude, because he was absolutely the best. Everyone there was friendly and helpful and above all, truthful!

i came in to service my vehicle and while waiting in the waiting area, mr Raj approached me to trade in my vehicle for a newer one for the same payments, at first i didn't believe him. but when i actually saw the numbers on the contract i called in 2 family members to come and do the same to trade in their cars and they where able to get all 3 of us brand new cars with the same payments! not only that, they actually gave me $150 dollars for each of referral i brought in. thank you Avondale Mitsubishi! you guys do really care.

They advertise cars on here and say everyone is approved so you think its for that car that they're advertising but you get in there listen to their b.s. test drive the car then they tell you you're not approved and would you like to buy some other piece of junk on their lot that has missing parts and is all scratched and dented. They resell car max cars check the back of their cars cause apparently they can't remove all the adhesive from the car max decal. Don't waste your time here like I did.

They're about as greasy as it gets here exactly what you think of car salesmen. I got tired of getting the b.s. here and other dealers so I went to Coulter Nissan in Surprise and bought a car from a 17 year military veteran named Dave Dummer. That's a fact. Tell Dave too so I get my $100

My husband and I were in need of 2 vehicles before the end of this week and had no luck at other dealerships. We came to Avondale Mitsubishi and Ian Blain helped both of us drive away with the vehicles we wanted. I personally had a few issues getting the vehicle I wanted however Ian helped me get through the approval process with no stress. I called Avondale after 2 other Mitsubishi dealerships in the area could not diagnose my problem. I spoke with Robert, warned him I had a difficult problem, so he asked if would come over, so I did.

Robert decided to do a simple test that others had neglected, and determined my issue to be a loose connection between the transmission, and the driveshaft. Admittedly, it was a hard to find issue, but Robert put it all together after the test drive, and knew just where to look. Done in 30 minutes, what I had been working on for 6 months.

Why didn't I come here first? They even had a great waiting area.
