My experience was incredible! I walked in the deal...

My experience was incredible! I walked in the dealership and knew the car I wanted. I explained to the managers I only had one hour, based on a work meeting that day. I literally was in and out within one hour and 10 minutes. I got the vehicle financed I wanted and a nice payment. I'll be returning soon for another vehicle! Thank you Avondale Mitsubishi for the quick and comfortable buying experience! God Bless!

Sales rep. Was Very helpful and made it easy on getting a vehicle. Although I was promised a "detailed wash" witch means...FULLY cleaned. When I gt my vehicle it was half vacuumed and windows were not cleaned. Outside was just power washed with what I believed just plain water. Also 6 weeks and still waiting for my spare tire.

I had a great, 5 star buying experience 3 years ago, but my recent Service experience was a very frustrating, unacceptable situation all around. Serious lack of communication, expected servicing time, and exhausting 6 days that was supposed to only be a few hours.



A few issues after my car is finally finished on 5/3: I just had my car professionally detailed because I m selling it. (1) I get in my car and there s dirt all over the driver s side floor mat and the side. They take it back to detail to clean it up. Don t they use temporary plastic/paper mats anymore? (2) I decided to check my oil and there s a glob of oil, which they could have easily wiped off. (3) After driving for a few days the Service Break System Required warning light keeps coming on. I checked the break fluid and it s at MIN line. They serviced the parking break (one of the recalls), clearly they didn t check the fluids as part of the service. I filled the brake fluid to MAX and the light hasn t come on since. I rarely drive this vehicle. I bought it with 10 miles and it currently has 25,625 miles on it.

Back to the key issue: John said he would have to order a new key (at Mitsubishi cost) because there was not one in stock and that it probably wouldn t be in until Tuesday 5/7 and I would get a call when it comes in to get it programmed. I called Parts Tuesday 5/7 to see if the key was in, Yes. (no call). I get a call Wednesday and a message left by Amanda that my key was in and I could stop in any time to get it programmed. I went in on 5/9 at 7:40 am since service opened at 7am. John came out and said his first mechanic wouldn t be in until 8, but it should only take about 30 minutes to program. No problem, I ll wait. He comes to the waiting area at 8:55 asking if I have the original key. No, it doesn t work, it s at home. He then says my car is showing 3 keys and if I had the original key, they could put that in the ignition and delete it. Since I don t have the original key it s going to take another 5 minutes. Okay. I ll wait. 30 minutes pass and John comes back out, my car is finally done.

*If there was no technician in until 8am why was I told I could come in at any time? *If my original key was needed why wasn t I told to bring it?

Didn t even end up getting a car and they damaged my vehicle during them just looking at it when it came back the front spoiler was smashed and one of the tires had a in the sidewalk from someone hitting on a curb and they said they never moved it when I watched them sneaky people I will never trust this place all repair cost came out of my own pocket because they can t cover them self s DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP

Getting a hold of the service department is next t...

Getting a hold of the service department is next to impossible. My wife and I have called and left messages multiple times trying to get one of our Mitsubishi's in for warranty service. Once we get the car in, I'd rate them 4-5 stars, but this is an ongoing problem getting a hold of the service department. If we have to go through this again, we'll go 30-45 minutes out of our way to Mark Mitsubishi.

Slow service. Dropped my car off on Thursday with Hope's of getting it back that night. I didnt get a cal that it wasnt going to be ready (good thing I didnt have plans). I called Friday and was told my car would be next in line at 12:30p and should be ready when I get off workm. I arrived around 4:30 and sat there until 5:45p waiting for it to be done. Service guy was nice just wish his estimated time was a bit better.

Buyer beware. If you're buying from Avondale Mits...

Buyer beware. If you're buying from Avondale Mitsubishi, make sure you love everything about the vehicle and the deal you're getting before you sign anything.

After signing and sleeping on it, I knew that the SUV I bought was not the right vehicle for me, and buying it was a mistake. Their buying agreements are final, and I learned the hard way that final is final with them. I wanted out of my deal before I picked up the vehicle, and assumed I would be able to cancel by paying a cancellation fee. Ohhh not so.

I asked my salesman several times to find out what the cancellation fee would be. He seemed sympathetic, and said he would get with the manager right away, and let me know. But nothing happened. After several more requests begging and pleading for them to let me BUY my way out of the deal, I finally did get to talk to a manager,.

There was no offer to help me find a different vehicle that would suit me better, or any attempt to find a resolution that would work for me. Instead of attempting to negotiate a cancellation fee, he mocked my request to pay them money to let me out of the contract, and talked down to me, smugly stating the obvious that I shouldn't have signed if I didn't want the vehicle. Who treats their customers this way?

He eventually did agree to figure out how much the cancellation fee would be, but surprise, surprise...he just lied to get me off the phone. Despite several more requests, they never gave me the courtesy to follow through on that promise. Instead, there was always some excuse why the deal could not be undone.

I eventually had to take delivery of a vehicle I had grown to HATE due to the horrible treatment by the managers at Avondale Mitsubishi. Their salesmen are pretty good. However the managers' only objective is to get you to sign, and couldn't care less whether you're actually satisfied with your purchase or their service.

There are many many dealers who allow "no questions asked" returns up to 5 days after the sale. Avondale Mitsubishi is definitely NOT one of them. Don't buy from Avondale Mitsubishi until you're 100% sure of the deal. Not only will they NOT let you out of the deal, they won't even let you BUY your way out of the deal at any price.

30 days later, I contacted them again asking what they would give me to buy it back from me. The manager's reply was that he wouldn't buy it back because I gave them a bad review. Any reputable business would use negative feedback to find ways to improve their business. But these jokers just throw it back in your face. He blamed me for calling him out on his lousy customer service and used that as an excuse to once again fail to deliver customer service. How Ironic. The arrogance of these folks is astounding.

Another month later, they posted the reply you see here, firmly acknowledging my point. Don't buy from these guys unless you're 100% absolutely sure about the vehicle and the deal cuz you won't get out of it at any price no matter how much you beg and plead. My issue had nothing to do with money. I made a mistake and signed without being 100% sure, and I was ready and willing to pay them whatever they wanted to unwind the deal. But they refused to even consider or discuss finding a solution. Like I said, Buyer Beware.

They are right about one thing. I am a business man, and I understand that customer satisfaction is everything in business. The money made on any one deal is nothing compared to the value of a satisfied customer.

So we arrived at 7pm, test drove the gorgeous Outlander, picked a color/trim, discussed numbers and they got straight to the point. No dilly dally back and forth, wasting time! Immediately told us the best deal possible (which was surprisingly good). We left the dealership at 10pm, DONE! We have purchased many many cars in our life and this was the fastest, easiest, stressfree transaction we have ever experienced. Other dealerships advertise how fast they are but we still ended up being there till 2am. NOT this place! I highly recommend requesting Ro for your salesman as he is extremely passionate about what he does. He's a very positive knowledgeable guy that really has your best interests at heart. Pat with finance was also very experienced and caring. I did not feel pressured or stressed for any part of our visit. 2 thumbs up from this lady!!

Hate to break it to you but this pos dealership doesn't care for you. You try to schedule an appointment with them online, no one will ever call you, so that's useless. Mitsubishi has recalls for vehicles for months and you don't even get notified. When you go to the dealership for your recall from previous years, they'll tell you "we'll call you when the parts are here" but you'll never receive a call or notification! Please please please avoid this pos dealership! The people working here DO NOT care for you!

They showed me a car in bad conditions. The car was dirty had bird poop. It was making weird noises the whole car was bad. I asked for the carfax and they didn't even want to show it to me they had me waiting for 40 minutes for nothing! literally, I ended up walking out. I went next door to Larry H Miller they wanted to help and got me into the car I wanted. I recommend going next door if you want a real car deal!

This place is straight up awful. I bought a 2017 Nissan Maxima from these guys July of 2017. They are THE biggest liars and will not hold up to the promises made at time of purchase. When I bought the car the front bumper had broken off from the brackets. John Weldon, sales manager, promised that the parts were ordered to fix the bumper and also promised to order an SD card to opperate the entertainment system.

Fast forward to today 12/28/2017, I just sat in the dealership for over 4 hours (for a 3rd time) and they handed me the keys and said the bumper was now my problem because of a scratch they found and that I need to take my car elsewhere to program the SD card.

Laura is the service manager. Good luck with her. I've called over 30 times, left over 20 voicemails and never got a single call back. She then lied straight to my face and said I never called once. If you do get a hold of her, she won't have an answer EVER and she will tell you she will call back, she won't.

I called well over 30 times according to my phone log. I've emailed the GM Louay Charara, Zain Shah, and John Weldon so many times I've lost count and haven't heard back from a single one of them. I've called them and never heard back.

Laura will lie straight to your face when she is wrong and won't admit it. The service and lies is what defines this place. Stay away. They lie, do horrible repair jobs (like hold the bumper up with tape, see attached photo), then after 5 months of going back and forth they will hand you your keys and tell you it's your problem now. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Amanda was amazing on the phone as well as in person. She got my car fixed and made sure I didn't have to wait long because I had to stay with my car. They were definitely better than Scottsdale Mark Mitsubishi. So glad I decided to come here instead. I will be coming here from now on.

If you like to buy overpriced cars, with frame damage, staff with Zero morals, come on down to Avondale Mitsubishi; "The Home of Corruption!". If you need a job, this is the place! You will get Zero pay for Over thirty days as well as no payroll so forget clocking in or out, that does not even matter due to the fact that you will not receive an employee ID so you legally do not exist in the system! My best advice when Attempting to conduct business with this dealership as an employee or someone who is buying a vehicle would be to Run... and Run Fast.

Been shopping around for a car last couple weeks. I found a car I was interested in online and called and spoke to Ashley when I arrived Ashley was busy but still came and greeted me and asked if I minded if another rep helped me. Sammy took over and it was a great experience I told Sammy exactly what I wanted and the payment i wanted and he went into finance and got everything done without any nonesense I was in and out in a little over 2 hours. The finance manager, Sammy and Ashley ALL took care of me and I m enjoying my new car.

My first car buying experience was perfect. It took a lot to get qualified but at the end of the day Avondale Mitsubishi got me into a brand new car! My salesman Ian was very helpful and went the extra mile! He showed me how to connect my phone to Bluetooth, he set up the radio presets for me, explained what the code on the spare key was, and so much more. I will be back next time I purchase a vehicle

I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I could afford Ian was a great salesman not once did he try to talk me out of my decision he knew I had my mind set and he made sure I got into the vehicle I wanted !! Waited and no one ever did. Kept getting the same answer all day. Then all of sudden he went to lunch and said theyll call back first thing he gets back. Gets no call back. Now they are closed. I started when they opened.

This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had, first the car was not ready for a week, when it was ready they put the wrong wheels on it, took it back to get that corrected and after three weeks still no resolution, I have work in the automotive field for more than 30 years, and I know it doesn't take this long to order two wheels. They don't call back when they say they will I am really trying not to go back to the OLD me something better get done real quick!!!!!

Very upset with the customer service. Their was no one to attend me it seemed like all the employees were in the back. Finally I was helped after a good waiting time. (I was looking for some bolts i needed for my downpipe). The cashier looked like she did not know what she was doing as far as counting momey because she gave me the wrong change. But was corrected after i showed her. I wont be coming back to this dealership sadly.

Never in my life have I ever walked into a dealership where I felt like family no haggling just straight to the point making sure my family was put into a vehicle that day not only that but the vehicle we wanted. The sales team was phenomenal Prisilla and Louay literally separated mountains to get us the deal that works for us. Bottom line they perform customer service at its finest would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a new vehicle .

Purchased BMW from Eddie! Perfect experience! They treated us as if we have known them forever. Very honest. You will enjoy your time here. Lots of laughs. Very good time on top of having a new car.

Update 7/25- the vehicle has needed multiple repairs- we only use this car on the weekends locally-and since the time of purchase it has been discovered that the vehicle had a leak in the air conditioning. Needed a new catylitic coverter and valve cover. The motor on one of the mirror windows did not work- we did not discover these issues on the ten minutes of the test drive. We were told an inspection was done before hand. Do your own due diligence when buying a used vehicle!

It wasnt a headache like most dealerships, it was easy and they explained everything in detail. We even scored free oil changes for a year! Got the keys and drove away in our new car!

I took my car in for an oil change and I came out with a oil leak and a missing bolt in my oil pan. In the 3 years I've owned the car, I have never had problems with oil leaks- the car only has 38,000 miles on it. I took the car back 2 days later and was told they believe the oil leak was preexisting but yet failed to note that on the paperwork. Everyone knows the dealership tries to get nickel and dime you so why wasn't it brought up? Because the car had no leak! After a second opinion, it was brought to my attention that the oil looked like it had not even been changed and the bolt "mysteriously" unscrewed itself. I took it back to the dealership to talk to the GM. He was out of town so I talked to the finance mangager who was suppose to relay the message to the sales manager. We left our car there over night to have the sales manager talk with the service manager the next morning. The sales manager never called us but we got a text saying that there was nothing they were going to do about it. My wife went in there to talk to the sales manager and he never came out of his office. A $50 oil change now has turned into a $400 oil change and a week's worth of headaches. We will never take our car there for service ever again and will tell everyone we can to take their business elsewhere.

the dealership lied to sell me an additional warranty. they did not honor the warranty. turns out that they canceled the warranty and didn't notify us and they kept the $2000. I have been trying to work with them for months to get it refunded. I guess the next step is to go to state attorney general and/or a lawyer.

Zero stars if I could. My car buying experience was horrible compared to my 4 other experience. They don't return calls. They didn't respond to emails or chats. I would NEVER refer anyone there. Even after buying the car trying to schedule the first free oil change. Never happened. Avondale Nissan is Great though!

I traded a vehicle on another car and almost three...

I traded a vehicle on another car and almost three weeks later (18 days) the dealership has not paid off the trade in, which is resulting in harassing and threatening phone calls from the lender of the vehicle I traded in. I've made multiple calls to the dealership over the last week and a half, all have resulted in broken promises that the vehicle would be paid off immediately. This issue is still unresolved at the time of this posting, I'll update it as the situation progresses but, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership because of their total lack of professionalism regarding this serious matter.

Update...

So, after 3 weeks my trade in was finally paid off. I'm giving two stars because Zeus, the salesman provided excellent service and worked diligently to get the deal done. The title and service department, are subpar in my opinion but, I have a feeling that those departments are given little to work with compared to more put together dealerships. Overall, you can find and negotiate a good deal with this place but, pay attention to the details and stay on top of them to make sure they're doing their job.

I am attempted to buy a 2015 VW GTI from Avondale Mitsubishi. I will say that the start of the processes was very good everyone was very nice and helpful. My sale guy ended up being Ian who was very nice and easy to work with. I have some credit issues and they were very patient working with my situation. The car I wanted got sold witch I was very sad that it did not get held down since we were working a deal on it. So, they moved me to another 2015 VW GTI they had on the lot for the same price but had more miles on it. I was stuck in a place where I felt I needed to get a car, so I accepted moving forward with car with more miles and less options for the same price as they car I wanted. I drove from out of state to make this transaction and had asked that when I drive in Friday that the car be ready with no issues and paper work be ready to go so we could make this process go quickly. When I got there Friday night nothing at all was ready... Paper work was a mess, documents like bills, pay stubs and such were "lost". I was a bit upset but was like let s overlook it and get on with this deal I had just been on the road 5 hours and wanted to sleep. The big mistake I made was not test driving the car before signing the papers. There were excuses after excuses about why things were not ready and organized. I mean I was thinking I am buying from a big reputable dealership I should be safe. Wrong after making it though all the paperwork that was not organized I go to leave and start the car I just bought, and it was idling very rough and the check engine light comes on (Keep in mind I have not even rolled the wheels, yet I just turned the car on. They say take the car home and bring it back tomorrow and I was like no way you are keeping the car till its fixed, so they say ok we will have it ready for you tomorrow Saturday. They knew I was leaving town on Sunday because I had to be back at work. Then I find out Saturday that the mechanic can't stay and the car does not get done now I am very upset not only did I spend all my savings on a car that is not running but I can't get back to work on Monday and they don't care at all they won t work a deal make anything happen they try to tell me they are losing money on the deal and they can't help me. So, they have another 2015 VW GTI on the lot a red one, so I say let s move everything over to the red one, so I can get home on time and we can move on. they refuse to make a deal work they say that the price of the red one is more, and they can't budge on the numbers to make it work.... End of the day I felt so upset and felt like I was being used into a corner to take this broken-down car that I asked to be backed out of the deal and luckily, they let me back out of the deal that s the only reason I am giving 2 stars. Now I was going to drop this whole deal and not post any reviews on line but today I see that they dropped the price of the Red GTI to the same price and the broken-down car they were trying to put me in when last weekend they did not even want to attempt to make a deal. The manager I spoke with on the phone Sunday was so rude he's what made me want to back out of the deal because of how he spoke to me, how rude he was. So now I am even more upset because 1 week later they dropped the price of the Red GTI to the same price they were trying to sell a broken-down car to me for with more miles on it.

I was in the market for a car and I saw Avondale Mitsubishi was selling the exact car I wanted low miles/deal/awesome car. I applied online to there fast simple pre-aproval application. I got a call from brittney whose the reason I came down. Sadly she got off before I got there but Ian knocked it out the park for me. I was driving home in a new car in no time. They work to get you what you want definitely give them a try. Most likely they will get you want and need. Thank you to everyone there at Avondale Mitsubishi because of you I can continue to do what I love.
