The hotel is an amzing place to spend the night in. The food is delicious. The only problem is that the washroom was glass covered therefore it was partially visible.

Avari is really clean with very good facilities. Breakfast buffet is really awesome. They do all the thing to make here safe against covid 19 virus. The staff are really friendly and help you all the times. I want to thank Shakuntla for her great features and being perfect at her job, I hope she could get promotion in her job.

Perfect food at dynasty, Hameed was a great server, made us feel very happy. Tasty food! Will definitely come back here again with my family.

A good 3.5 star hotel with comfortable room restaurants shop to buy basic necessary items a good swimming pool and v good service.

As a Whole, this place to be considered as one of the most great places to visit, a great Hotel but for the Premium Class. The Hotel Services along with the Rooms and facilities are very nice, the dining places has a lot of variety from Japanese Sushi at Fujiyama to Continental Chinese at Dynasty and with the great Pakistani cuisine at the Pakistan Restaurant. Have an amazing view that looks to the Southern Part of Karachi, best one to have an Open Roof BBQ at the Sky BBQ. Though the rates at the dining, Rooms and the facilities are on the expensive side, but its worth every penny

Avari is different. Traditionaly, there is this air of ownership in this establishment. One always felt at home here. Somehow, this time it is different. There are pockets of good and not so good areas. Something has changed in the organization. Interesting case study.

Faisal ameen Itrat and Mashkoor were in team who served us at breakfast with a lot of vigour and making all comfort in dining as much as pissible. . Nice hospitable group of people..... we wish them and the managers best of luck and would like to be here again.

Just had buffet dinner at Sky bbq, great ambience with love singing, fantastic food and suped hospitable staff.

The food was really good I enjoyed coming and having a delightful dinner here! And Mr.Hameed helped us out was really caring throughout!!

The food was excellent and the service done by shahzad Sardar and Arif was phenomenol. The food by Chef Noel was exceptional.

Awesome buffet lunch and luxury environment. Expensive choice...

Dinning at SKY BBQ was a horrendous experience;
1. Lacking in menu variety + decor
2. Over charged (iftar + dinner deal was charged despite of the fact that ramazan ended and it was supposed to be a regular dinner buffet)
3. Valet parking staff charged 150/- (it was a forced/foul tipping scam as no such terms claimed from hotel management)

Advise for management: "Shadow Investigation"

Reception services are quite annoying, long waiting and very sluggish staff. Sensors at Lift remained non functional; open/close remains machinery's prerogative. "Keyless" entry sometimes become irritating because of it's complex operation (lacking user friendly characteristics).. Telephone exchange is mostly not available. Tea, coffee water arrangements with their replacement cycle, mostly not catered for. Toiletries placed were in complete.. Towels not clean, sleepers uncomfortable once wet. Smoke detectors not working, I guess, that means no fire alarm alert. Lobby lacks ambiance. Buffet BBQ dinner at top floor needs much more organisation as it gives such a gloomy look and seem an ad-hoc arrangement. Much more to be shared, but sometime later...

The roof-top and ground floor restaurants are both really good. Prices are not too bad.

It's a good place to stay. Roof top restaurant is amazing a replica of Tolington in Lahore Avari. The services however a bit slow. Need to improve their speediness. But it's a great, neat and clean hotel. Stayed here for the second time...looking forward to more visits...
