Attended the Japan Fest last week at the hotels pool side. Looked so dated and unattended with over grown trees, lopsided broken garden light giving a shabby look. Japanese food was very average like the shushi

Always like Dynasty , particularly the staff Mr Shehzad Sardar and Mr Badar ( Rest. Manager ) served very well to my foreign guests.

The whole experience of breakfast along the pool side, in a crisp sunny but cool morning was great.
captain Mr. Faisal and server / waiter Furqan and Mashkoor were very helpful and attentive. They were always there to respond if something was needed.
The order placed was promptly and completely served. The food was excellent. I needed a good start for the day and the breakfast was everything I needed.

Nice place, environment, services. Best for small events.

It's rated as 5 star hotel, but I don't think it should be, it's rooms are ordinary. I compare them to Serena, Marriott, Move n Pick and Ramada, all these hotels are far better than Avari towers. I think it's 5 star label should be taken back.

The live buffet has quite a limited options, though the food was tasty but it was limited.

The Sky bbq restaurant at the rooftop is a great place for desi dinner. Food was good. Though the music should not be loud. I would prefer light instrumental in the background. The staff was very friendly, especially Noshab and Zulfiqar.

Had lunch at Dynasty with our Chinese guests, great service and tasty food. Mr. Atta Ul Rehman was on toes and great with guests.

Ayaz was an excellent manager at the rooftop restaurant. We have been coming since the past 30 years and his service has always been exceptional. Thank you for maintaining such an excellent standard!

Stay was very comfortable room are very clean with nice fragrance this is only because of you Miss Humera the Duty Manager at Avari Tower.She is very preety the talk like a angle everyone one was excellent. God blessed

My stay was good but I have a problem in a Parking area there is no guard of Avari Hotel and the Guards and the other staff were Placed belongs to Uniliver Company and they said all the Parking area in the under controlled by Uniliver Company then I said any Guard of Avari they said there is no Guards of Avari , Miss Taniya Khan Contact me on behalf of Avari on the next day She Said Sorry for that and She Forward my complain to the higher Management ,before that on Check out time I informed at the Reception But no Action, I thankful to Miss Tania Khan. I come to Karachi once or twice a years. Stayed at many hotel in my current stay I found Avari prices best and service was excellent. Food is very good and serve exceptional. I don t think you can fine better hotel location price and service like Avari. My special thanks for professional services and hospitality of Fahim I met at break buffet.

I had dinner at dynasty with my family food was delicious and Excellent service provided by Restaurant Manager Badar and Shahzad Sardar. They were very polite, courteous and made our dinner a memorable one. One of the prime reason that we wud like to come back here.

The stay at Avari towers Karachi was nothing short of being great. The room, the ambiance and the staff especially during this pandemic era are top notched, they definitely went above and beyond in meeting the customers needs and accommodating their requests in a reasonable way. Even the morning staff in the Asia Live restaurant exceeded my expectations by providing exceptional services not to mention the views are definitely gorgeous especially during this lovely monsoon season.

Dynasty Restaurant was the kinda place where we had a great dinner....We tried their specialiTues which includes some traditional rice and Sushi platters which ended up being my favourite dishes...I really appreciate their food quality, hygiene and the cooperative staff....Id recommend to visit this place..

Initially booked a 15 day reservation at Avari to their apartment suite room but checked out the next day first thing in the morning.

First, the room was beyond dirty there were cockroaches in the room and we killed two in the bedroom. There were roach killing medicine pills all over the floor and we have a 10 month old who crawls so it was a major liability/safety issue for us.

Second, all the toiletries were used used and had hair in it and all the towels were corn color yellow, ripped and had hair in them as well.

Third, their breakfast buffet selection is really bad and stale. We placed an order for an omelette and got some chicken qeema and chicken qeema was cold as it was just brought out from the fridge and they put it up on the burners to make it look fresh. There was no naan or paratha available and when we asked for it they said they will bring it but it took them 35 minutes to bring it and the chef was complaining that why people come so early to eat. It was 7:30 in the morning I don t think it s early.

Lastly, the front desk guy named Tahir should be fired Period! The guy has no manners how to speak to the customer especially when they are coming to an high end hotel and spending lots of money. He talks to customers in a demeaning manner like he is doing you a favor providing you service which is part of his job.

One word: Horrible experience, will never stay here again.

Stay and food at Awari Karachi is always great.
I always love especially the breakfast in the morning where is has an amazing mix of western and local food.
I would also like to thank Miss Sana and Alick and everyone else at the floor for giving an amazing service with a smile.

The dinner at Avari Towers went great as expected. It is always a great pleasure being here. No doubt, the staff was quite friendly, and helpful as well, such as one of them is Mr.Noushad who ensured that we had an amazing dinner. The food was delicious, as always. Highly recommend Avari Towers.

Has been renovated. I've heard the rooms are good. Location is excellent.
