Beach Luxury Hotel by Avari is a great place to stay . Wether its business or leisure, this place wont dissapoint you . The rooms are clean and well furnished . The staff is polite and ready to help. The food is diverse and the location is amazingly beautiful.

Its one of those very few places in this city where you get a sense of elitile touch but the place hasn't been redone for years now. I am sure there would be some reasoning to it. not matching world class by a stretch

Smelly rooms. Changed the room twice because of poor hygiene conditions in room with crisps remains and wrappers under the table and in sofa cum bed. Room temperature had dysfunctional control. Bathroom and room partition had a huge gap and anyone in the room could see who's doing what in bathroom and vice versa beside flushing issues. Swimming pool was closed. Extremely poor response from duty manager at mid night who refused to refund the booking stating there is no policy of refund which was eventually refunded after a prolonged arguement of an hour during which the director guest services refused to talk over the phone when duty manager caller him asking duty manager to deal with the situation himself.
