Hey how do you go about getting on to this company do they go threw a staffing agency ?

The job would be so much more enjoyable if the employees can listen to at least one ear bud during production.

Very hard for truckers. Careless staff, a hectic route, tight place, cant make a UTurn, no parking.office and docks are located at different locations. Avoid to go there as much as possible.

They treat there employee's horrible. They re- hired me just to let me go less then an HR with no reason. Cd Rodriguez is there head HR manager and thinks he God when it come to hiring and firing. Sam is next in line he never ever let's you get a word in. I would stay clear away from this place. Favoritism is frist here..
To bad cause owner berto seem to be a nice man.

Impossible to work here and have a life at the same time, 2 weeks day shift 2 weeks night shift, makes no sense. Slave work

Avanzar is a great place to work with endless opportunities for growth! They quickly implemented processes to keep employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic which shows they really care about their workforce.

I just love it here it can b hard work at times but it Pays off in the end

This place is hard for truckers. Even for the mules to move around. But the car lot nice and clean but yet we have to back up in this mess.
