The Avanti was cute and the staff was very friendly and helpful the interior of the room was clean and modern however the outside could use updating.

THIS IS NOT A RESORT, this is a MOTEL..... The doors are located on the outside of the building. This is a motel with an on-site restaurant. The room that I stayed in had an oder, the toliet overflowed (maintenance had to come & plung the toliet), the bathroom sink was dripping water from a pipe under the sink & they do not change the sheets. This room was not a "deluxe suite" this was a standard room with 2 beds. I was very disappointed & will not stay here again.

Great service, check-in and check-out was fast and pleasant. Rooms were very clean; staff was attentive and polite. Centrally located on I-drive, I'd definitely recommended this hotel to people who want easy highway and attraction access.

Really clean, awesome pool, very nice staff, close enough to everything in Orlando, very affordable, would definitely stay there again. Plus lots of restaurants walkable from hotel.

Very disappointed, it was not what I thought, they show you some exceptional photos and when you arrive, what a disappointment, the lobby is very nice indeed .. But when you enter uy it looks like a motel, the smell of marijuana was impressive and one with children , the hallways depressing, the breakfast a piece of bread
My thinking is do not sell or offer what it is not, they did not let me sleep, all night some drunks knocking on the door, since I was on the first floor, I imagine they thought it was their room, I did not I recommend it if you want a place to have a good time and clear your mind

We booked Avanti because of its affordable price and location, it seemed like a bargain at first but it really isn t. The elevators and walkways smell like weed constantly, there was even a point where someone was smoking it outside of our room without care. The rooms features were decent, but not clean whatsoever. There was stains on the sheets, the floor looked as if it hadn t been swept , the bathroom was small and dingy. The faucet in the shower fell completely off our first day there. Rarely anyone wears there mask here either, I witnessed an entire group of people (who weren t originally together) get on an elevator with no mask whatsoever. The staff however was very nice and accommodating. I know it sounds like i m whining and being picky, I promise that is not the case. The reviews for this place speak for themselves, I should ve listened.

Good hotel and a perfect location. Pool is excellent and the bar staff are very very good and friendly. Also reception are very helpful. Only downfall was the room is very dark in the lounge area of room 1429 and the bathroom could do with an update to match the room but that being very picky. Theres no dobt when i next come to orlando i will deffo book this hotel again.

Excellent value for money. Great location, good rooms, clean, good room service. It is not a 5 star, but nothing to complain about.

Clean, nice rooms, at a surprisingly good price for the Orlando area. Biggest surprise is it's the first place I've stayed at in Orlando that has a microwave in the room.

Disappointed with the original room provided but was moved with no problems. Provides everything we need, don't plan on staying at the resort much to be honest

Photos are not the same as website extremely dirty floors and showers room 2334 has a bug on the curtain go outside to the balcony and look at the window & I m sure it s still there dirt behind bathroom doors and brown stains on bathroom wall . Check for MOLD Horrible don t waste your time no security they were not securing anything and do not fly with spirit airlines also they suck too. Have a great vacation elsewhere!!!!

the tile room floors, always have sand on floor of room. even after housekeeping cleaned room.
the cook in the cafe, the guy with the du-rag on his head, always bad attitude, bad customer service guy.

One of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. Everything was falling apart or need some serious maintenance. Bathroom look liked it was never cleaned, most of the furniture like a Iittle kid assembled it and the mattresses had blood on them, no kinda of protective cover or anything to prevent bed bugs. I personally didn't pay for the room but for what was paid,a lot better was expected.

Hotel is a generous term. This place is dirty and the walls are thin. The bathtub was so backed up with such a disgusting amount of previous guests hair that I showered with plastic bags on my feet to avoid the filth. There was blood and possibly excrement on the walls, the vents were dirty and towels had hair on them.

Stayed for a convention. Bathroom had black mold, sink did not drain and TV did not work. Called and reported this 3x. Each employee assured it would be taken care of. Sadly it was not. Would give zero star if I could. Facility did reverse resort fee. Too quick to do so as if it is a policy when there is an issue rather than accommodate a guest.

We booked the hotel for one night Saturday 8 / Sunday 9, we arrived at 11 to check in and Mr. Jordan did not have a deal according to a person who work with clients, nor stay at the hotel was not pleasant from that moment

These people have drug dealers all over the place and they also steal from customers they will not give you your deposit back do not book

It's my sixth stay at Avanti for a reason. Reasonably priced, near everything you need, has a really no hazzle staff and is in general a very relaxed place. Also spacious and free parking lots. Decent facilities also at the hotel (gym, great coffee/bar/snack, game room, modern lobby etc)
On the downside, the AC and dehumidifier on the noisy side of the decibel scale, other none-Avanti guests occupying the hottub and pool (probably because it's great).
Overall, great place to stay in the center of Intl.drv. Walking distance to convention centre south 1.8km, 1.4km to west. Trolley stop just outside if not into walking...

Had a great time stayed in building two. The shuttle to Universal Studios was great! Two things need to be fixed for this to be a five star experience though.

We were told that the gym opened at 6:00. We showed up and it was closed. So I call the front desk and said hey we're at the gym and no one is here opening it up. So the guy who answered the phone told me in an extremely snotty voice "well it's 5:59". Finally at 20 after the security guard came by and opened the gym. We get in and there are no fans or AC that we can see. 20 minute jog with no fan is miserable. There also wasn't any wipes or towels to clean the equipment. My treadmill had sweat on it from someone else. Gross.

The other issue we had was with the elevator! It kept opening part way and then getting stuck like that and it made us super nervous! Needs to be fixed immediately.

I loved the hotel because due to its pressure you will certainly not find anything better and the area that is located you can walk out and have fun

The pictures of the room that were shown online was not what we got. Within 15 minutes of arriving 3 small roaches were killed inside our room. Needless to say my wife was not spending another minute there. We keft and booked at a hilton nearby.

Food is horrible, staff is not Kind at all, you do not receive What you paix for. Avoid avoid !

Received an upgraded room upon arrival and everything was clean. Staff incredibly nice.

Pleasant but noisy. Road noise, garbage pickup at 7am, can clearly hear other guests in other rooms and in the parking lot.

We were there for two nights, the bathrooms were just a little small, the rooms were nice sized in great condition, the beds were very comfortable, but the air purifier was just a little noisy. We definitely enjoyed the pool area, although this is a large hotel, the pool was not crowded at all. The housekeeping staff was very very pleasant. The Reception staff was very friendly and professional. The location of this hotel is very ideal, we were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel and walk to sightsee some main attractions and great restaurants.

I never go on vacation and I selected this hotel for the location and also the good reviews. I was not disappointed! Franclin is very professional and kind and helped me book a few additional days to my stay because of bad weather back home! It s a perfect place to stay with your kids and the entire family! Phenomenal service, Amazing pool, good food and the area is perfect as well!

It's ok for the value. That's about it. We got our rooms about $40 per night. House keeping didn't come the room has poor lighting and the AC only cooled the front of the room. The bed and bathroom area was hot

Next to outlet premium... Good place for staying in Orlando.

Still staying at this hotel. Checked in Tuesday and pointed out some problems with the room to the lady at reception. Every issue has been rectified including new light fittings. This shows that the staff obviously listen and act on genuine complaints.

I am one of the people who do not like to comment on the service that the hotel can offer, because all service is paid for by the client, which is due to have a special treatment to the client.
But if I wanted this time to congratulate and publicly thank a person in particular who apart from offering customer services correctly, this person is characterized by providing more than good customer service! It is an excellent and extraordinary service that she transmits with her good energies, completely captivates you when you arrive at the hotel.

never stay here! the hotel was disgusting. in my friends room mold was found. the floor was sticky, the beds were hard, found hair all in my sheets. multiple flying bugs were found in my sink. it is not family friendly and is unsafe.

Well located, though transportation to the parks, is worsening compared to previous years, fewer times and fewer seats on the buses. Needing some refurbishment in some rooms.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, you can walk to various points on International Drive and just a few minutes' drive from most attractions. The free shuttle service is great, we save a lot with parking in parks. The pool is nice and the Jacuzzi is great for renewing your energy.
The worst is the cleanliness, it was terrible, I stayed 11 days and the room seemed filthy from the first day.

They will lie to get a sell, With reservations. And will not let you in the room real early if they say so, or even If they have a bunch available. They tell you it's ok to book and pay your hard earned coins so you can't refund. Try not to pay before you stay is all I'm saying!!!!!! They insisted that we payed first. Was a bad idea!! Tabia, front desk Manager and her team where phenomenal with my check in process! Although she was facing a small technical support issue, she handled herself very professional as well as her staff. Kudos to Tabia, Ana and Brian! My hat tips off to Jackie at the bar! Super attentive and on top of her game! She made sure all guest where being served properly. Juan also raved about her heroic act of saving a life the week prior by the pool!! Thank you Avanti Resort Staff. I am enjoying my stay here!

This place is a joke!! Don t stay here they will rob you. I got charged even though I canceled my reservation. I ve been trying to get a hold of someone and it s impossible.

Unbelievable how gross our room was here! This hotel does a great job in allocated money towards the reception area and exterior of the building but the inside was beyond the worst most disguisting place I've ever stayed in all my years of staying in hotels. Ceiling was literally falling apart from bad stucco and water damage! Tub was full of mold and mildew and it was plain awful! I reported this to the front desk immediately and their response was simply they will look at it in the morning. Needless to say we left. My husband paid like 100 bucks a night for this dump. I was very dissappointed! DO NOT BOOK HERE!

I liked the resort. Big swimming pool and Starbucks inside main lobby which is a great amenity. Bar and grill by the pool as well nice clean room. Also nice wood floors.

Worst experience I ve ever experienced at a hotel. I left an iPad on the bed and went out and when I got back to the room the iPad was gone. That was a Friday today is Monday n nothing has been done. I will never stay there again and I don t advise anyone to stay there!!!!!

It was not what we expected. The front area is beautiful and the pool is nice but rooms are not the nicest. There were dirt marks on walls, stains on floor and hair in the shower. The elevator was broken in one building. With rates being comparative to nicer hotels plus a resort fee we will not be back

'free' shuttle service to wdw and universal. WiFi available.. WiFi and shuttle included in resort fees! Thankfully I was aware of this before I went but would've been a shock if not as its not cheap. There is also a refundable fee... No idea what that covers really but I got it back. Staff at cafe and bar were OK but not eager to please guests. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Concierge staff changed from day to day but one gent acted as those we were a waste of his time! Only there to get his wage at the end of the week. Porters were the best! So helpful with checking we were OK, got us taxis, info on local area, just great.

We were very well attended, we spent 12 days in the hotel, spacious rooms good beds, everything works well, super well located hotel, nice pool and ample parking. Summing up a great hotel for anyone who wants comfort needed without paying too much.

It was okay for a one night stay. The bathroom and needs were fine and I appreciate them giving us a channel guide, but I had gone out of my room and cane back to find out that my card didn't want to open my door..

not one of my favorite hotel experiences. When we arrived the picture in the room by the bed was smashed with glass on the floor, When we tried to call the front desk to report this we learned the phone in the room did not work at all. So we attempted to call with our cell phone and could never get a live person to answer. Later that night we realized the tub was dirty with a ring around the edge. we ended up cleaning the glass and tub. There were no chairs to sit on so we had to eat on the floor. Police were on site more than once.
pros- the pool was nice, bartender was nice, and shuttle to universal.

Dirty dirty dirty dirty. Sand and dirt all over floor, nothing wiped down, hair leftover from other guests, sheets stained and not a good smell. Awful. And they did not have the room we booked so we are put in a smaller room. Terrible!!!!

Might as well be a motel 8. This is not a resort. The bathrooms are dated. Everything shuts down at 11pm

I'm giving this hotel 2 stars only because of the price. For $40 a night, you get what you pay for. The pool was clean and we'll kept with lots of seating. The rooms however lack almost everything. The air conditioner didn't cool the room. There's a wall in the middle of the room that divides the sleeping area from the seating area that blocks the air from cooling the whole room. The room was unbearably hot. The toilet in the room clogged, granted they did come within 15 minutes to unclog it. House keeping didn't come to clean the room, even after calling the front desk twice to come and refresh the room. There is terrible lighting in the room. I had to have the window shade open to light the room. There needs to be better lightbulbs in the light fixtures. There was a gap under the door to the exterior corridor over an inch tall. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom. The bath tub is extremely slippery. This place is far from a "resort." There's one elevator for the entire 4 story building that was extremely slow. None of the ice machines in building 1 worked. We had to go all the way to the cafe for ice. The floors in the room were filthy. Since there is hardwood floor, the floors need to be swept and mopped and they obviously aren't.

The first time I was at this resort was very good a few years ago, I was here last week for two nights and I left only the first one because I had no remedy, the bathroom dirty, the room full of dust, my daughter spent the night touching the dust that was behind that bed I do not recommend it is very desepcionado ahy do not return.

Asked for a pool view, got a view with a wall. Came with mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom very small.

The staff were kind and professional. The rooms were kept neat and tidy. And for the price of admission it was well worth the stay.

My first impression of the hotel was good, the room for the price was also reasonable, was fairly clean, but I guess because of the pandemic going on, they had stopped going to clean the rooms. I also want to thank Franklin the manager for his great personality and giving us a great service and welcome. We did had some issues about smoke in the room, but all was resolved and we were all satisfied. May come back because of the area that is located.

The rooms are not immaculate and have stains on the floors. The pool (which is heated,) and the game room, gym, jacuzzi etc was very nice though.

I currently staying for 5 days, and so far its an okay hotel, its close to a lot of places. The room has no mini bar but the beds are comfy & clean. No bugs or bed bugs which was my biggest concerning seeing the pricing is so low. But staff is okay we have problems with our tub & stink (they keep getting stopped up) we keep having issues with both. However, they brought us clean blankets around 12 which was nice. No free breakfast though which was a disappointment. & the pool is wonderful very clean!

Some staff did not speak English where this hotel is known for everyone being English and their roles are important as well. Door not the best looking system kept messing up.

Spend more money fixing your elevators, and less money on your pool bathrooms and bar, and maybe people won't get stuck in them!! 1 star for hot tub + 1 star for unnecessary marble bathroom sinks.

The lobby itself is pretty nice, but the rooms and the hotel itself is very outdated. The general manager Franklin was very nice and is the only person who made our stay a tad better. We first get to our room and it s in the first floor pool view. Everything seemed fine until we go inside the bathroom in which they have a humidifier, and it was leaking, I mean WATER everywhere. We contacted Franklin and they switched us over to a different room on the same floor. This room was ok no leak, we were satisfied, we moved the bed sheets because we felt as if there was sand (which it did have sand) and we pull all the sheets out and there is hair all over the sheets , which means they were not changed. We ordered new king sheets, and after waiting for about 30 minutes they brought sheets for the pull out couch. I had to physically go to the office to let them know I need KING size sheets. They then brought it and we were able to change the sheets. Next morning, my girlfriend wakes up and goes barefoot into the bathroom and again, FULL OF WATER all over the floor. These humidifiers are very inconvenient. If you are staying here, please make sure that you turn it off, it also makes the bathroom feel like a sauna. I believe this resort needs a bit more of an upgrade because it does have potential.
