Tabia, front desk Manager and her team where phenomenal with my check in process! Although she was facing a small technical support issue, she handled herself very professional as well as her staff. Kudos to Tabia, Ana and Brian! My hat tips off to Jackie at the bar! Super attentive and on top of her game! She made sure all guest where being served properly. Juan also raved about her heroic act of saving a life the week prior by the pool!! Thank you Avanti Resort Staff. I am enjoying my stay here!
