Autumn and May Review

Just commissioned an engagement ring with Autumn and May. The gentleman designed the ring was really impressive, he has great expertise in design, and thorough knowledge in gems & metal. He guides my wearied ideas through the process, helps me to choose the gems and explained about a comparatively new Palladium metal. The outcome was a fabulous shiny littlie treasure and it has brought a big YES with tears & smile. Truly a great team really pleased with their service & advice. And hey, I will soon pop in with another crazy idea for our wedding bands.

Our white gold wedding rings were beautifully polished and restored to the way they looked 10 years when we bought them. Excellent service, thank you!!

First, I have found a contemporary style jewellery shop and that was exactly what I was looking for.
Then, I have compared prices and quality for engagement rings. Quality is really good, actually the way it should be. The price was not a cheap deal, but I am not convinced with cheap pricing. It wasn't too expensive as well. So it was exactly the price I could afford.
Finally, when she said "yes" I was overwhelmed. Even later when I missed the size I had no any issues with resizing.

I had used A&M many times via their shop and was. Very happy with their goods. However I bought a necklace and earrings online from them. BIG MISTAKE.! The pieces were much smaller than anticipated (no indication of what size was given on the website), the clasp on necklace broke on first wearing and after sales attitude was appalling. Their loss - I shall never use Autumn and May again.

Just loved my me to me birthday treat, a fab Lilly Pendant and pair of earrings made by Designer Amanda Cox, it's made in Silver with a beautiful Peacock colour natural Pearl. Love the colour and couldn't resist.! The shop have some very reasonably priced stunning jewellery, and a great selection of various individual designer stuff. Will be back in Christmas to get the matching Ring.

My brother and I bought a beautiful pendant from Autumn and May for our mum's birthday, and we wanted a small gold tag with our initials engraved in it -- Autumn and May were so helpful, making the tag exactly as we'd asked, and in super-quick time, too. We love it!

This local business offers an excellent personalised service with a wide range of unique and original pieces on offer. I have been coming for years and will continue to do so in future as I always seem to find something which fully fits the occasion. I would definitely recommend a visit.

There is always a good variety of jewellery in different styles so we always find something lovely for either personal wear or a gift for a friend. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is good to know that we are supporting smaller designers and our local shops.

Beautiful beautiful jewelry I'm putting this review on my husbands google account because I do not have one and really wanted to give a review. Bought a beautiful necklace from Autumn and May shop in Greenwich Market on a trip to UK and sadly lost my necklace not long after returning to New Zealand, was able to go on the Autumn and May website and purchase exact same necklace which Isac store manager held for me till a friend who was visiting London picked up and bought back home so I am very happy and grateful for the amazing customer service and it was wonderful dealing with such a lovely person as Isac a credit to this company he was prompt with communicating with me and so polite.

I love Autumn and May!!! It's a cosy and relaxed village boutique shop with some creative and wonderful Jewellery. You couldn t resist some pieces made by genuinely talented designers. The staff are helpful and patient and don't push you to buy, you can even just pop in and try few of the pieces, get info and make a wishlist for next time. I just bought another pendant to go with my office wear. Love it.

I can highly recommend Autumn and May. My son purchased a beautiful silver necklace for me from the Greenwich shop of Autumn and May for a special Birthday but I found the clasp was difficult for me to open and close. Isaac from Autumn and May immediately offered to have the clasp replaced with an easier one, at no cost. The necklace was posted to me once this was done. The service I received was professional, responsible and efficient. I am a very grateful customer.

I made a serious mistake with the delivery address and was very worried package would be delivered to another country. Imagine with the difficulties in travelling nowadays! It it was taken care of very swiftly after an email to the company. I did expect some delay in the delivery due to the circumstances but knew I'd be looked after in case of problem or in case of non delivery. Very happy with my purchase and with the customer service, it felt really personal which is rare nowadays. Thank you again.

I dropped off a ring to get resized right before lockdown (unexpectedly). 3 months later, my ring was still there, and I was able to pick it up as soon as the store opened. Autumn and May constantly communicated with me and was extremely kind. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful Place !

Some years ago, I received an emerald ring from my parents in celebration of a significant birthday. I had worn it everyday since, because it made me that feel my parents were always close by.

While on a recent business trip, I discovered that the emerald had fallen out. It could have happened in the hotel, the office, a taxi etc etc - there was no way of finding it.

But the ring was too valuable to abandon. The Autumn and May store had previously done odd and bods of jewellery repair for me and it had all been really good. So a trip to Autumn and May for my ring was in order.

After examining the ring, to determine the cause of the problem, the wonderful assistant sourced a number of emeralds of varying quality and price. I couldn't afford the most expensive stone and opted for a mid-price stone. The assistant arranged for the stone to be inserted into the ring and the prongs re-pointed. The result was absolutely beautiful ! It was like having a new ring again !

The assistant was immensely kind and patient, sensitive to my story and the budgetary constraints. He is a truly amazing person !

So happy with my experience at Autumn and May. I needed a ring resized, which I had been refused at other jewelers due to the more complicated design of the ring, but the team at Autumn and May were happy to help, even telling me they would minimise the inevitable mark that would appear (as the design is a twist round the whole ring band).

They called me as they said they would to pick up the ring and when I did the resize was seamless. The join is barely visible and I literally couldn't have asked for a better service. Plus, it was cleaned and polished to an almost-blinding shine. It looks amazing.

All in all would 100% recommend Autumn and May for their repairs/resize service.

An outstanding jewellery boutique in Greenwich. I was shopping around for an engagement ring about couple of months time, caught my eye on few beautiful rings at this shop. The person served me was friendly and informed, finally picked a lovely twist design diamond ring. The guy advised to add a special engraving inside and a secret Blue Sapphire gem next to it which made the ring truly a signature piece. Great service, Prices are just right, later re sized for free. Now I know where to get our wedding Rings and future presents. Recommended Shop.

I have been moved to Greenwich recently and visited Autumn and May whilst I was strolling around the shops in Greenwich Market on a lazy day and was quite amazed at what they have. Their Jewellery has a WOW on it, some cool designer made (I mean wearable, not alien type) stuff, loads of one-off items in display, which make your Jewellery unique forever. the price won t kill either. I have bought a little forged twist leaf pendant by a designer called Collete Waudby, I am sure this will be my everyday necklace for some time form now. They are so informative and passionate about their stuff, after speaking to the staff in the shop, I found that they do custom Jewellery design and Jewellery repairs too, so folks step into this stop for a must.

Worked here for almost a year, this was one of the most amazing opportunities! The manager worked professionally and did everything to make every customer happy. So much knowledge was gained about the jewellery especially the rings which is the most popular option at Autumn and May. I absolutely recommend this jewellery shop to everyone, you will not be disappointed!:)

When I came researching options for a wedding band, Isac was incredibly accommodating and helpful, answering all of our questions with ease. We came back a couple of months later to make the order and it was all sorted in good time and collection went nice and smoothly. Will happily purchase from again if we need a ring.

We recently bought our wedding rings here. I was very impressed with the speed at which the custom wedding ring was made to fit with my engagement ring. I m not a jewelry person and the window really caught my eye with all the unique designs on display. I fell in love with a ring while on vacation from the states but ended up not buying it... a few months later my boyfriend proposed to me with that same ring!! It ended up that he had called the store, paid for it and had a friend of ours pick it up and bring it to him while we were vacationing in Spain! He didn t know my ring size so hadn t gotten it sized properly but that was no problem. Isac worked with me tediously from the states to ship it back, get it sized and then send it back to me as no one at home wanted to touch it since it is so unique and fear of messing it up. Truly a five star wxperience!! I can t wait to visit London and Isac again to see what I ll fall in love with next... maybe a wedding anniversary trinket?!

I've bought & received many gifts from Autumn & May over the years. It's just a lovely shop selling some beautiful items. The setting within the market is just gorgeous and gives a relaxed atmosphere which is great for browsing. Manager, Isac, is extremely helpful, warm and friendly, and, all in all, shopping at Autumn & May is a lovely experience. To top this off, they've recently made a charity donation to help us raise funds for a local charity, The AHOY Centre. Can't recommend this wonderful business enough!

Lovely local jewellers. Bought my engagement and wedding rings here back in the 90s. They were brilliant at finding almost-identical replacements after we lost them in a burglary, and they've done several excellent repairs for us since.

I have had both my engagement ring and wedding ring resized at Autumn and May (my fault for not learning to use a ring sizer correctly!), and on both occasions they have done the job incredibly quickly and professionally, with very polite and helpful staff, at a great price. A much more positive experience than some jewellers I approached for this work. I am also looking to have a bespoke ring made and I intend to get this done by Autumn and May as well.

Friends recommended Autumn and May around 7-8 years ago. Since then have been back number of times for our special gifts and myself-treats, and proudly owing some great stuff from here.
My fiance proposed with the diamond and we wanted to design the ring. I had a design in mind and they made a beautiful drawing where I could see my imagination straight through. Within 2 weeks the beautiful ring was ready and I couldn t believe my eyes, it was spot on to perfection and absolutely gorgeous. My finger swelled up on the plane on the way back from a holiday so I had to have a my eternity ring cut off. It was carefully cut off and then repaired with all the diamonds reset flawlessly.

An excellent service from start to finish. We wandered in having stumbled upon it from the market. We were made to feel very welcome and decided to do our ring research there. We tried on many ring styles and the lady assisting us was very patient. We got a quote on email for what we wanted.
