Mum gave me Autumn and May bag. I couldn t believe, love the pendant and really over the moon. The first time I came was few years back to spend my birthday present voucher Dad gave to me, and since then, I always pop in Autumn and May whenever I get down to Greenwich and gawp at the beautiful jewellery which they have. This is a super gorgeous jewellery shop, the kind of place you would come if you were looking for a really fabulous piece of jewellery for yourself or for friends and family and they will cheekily amaze. This is my fa shop, very friendly.
We bought our wedding rings from Autumn and May and we couldn't be happier. Such friendly service and great advice. Our rings are beautiful and were excellent value. We have gone back to Autumn and May in order to get an eternity ring resized as we loved the service so much last time. Highly recommend this independent jewellers!

OMG I am glad to find this shop in Greenwich, we were respected, catered, with a family like friendlier way. Autumn and May s staff understands your love not gender! They know what you wish to have, appreciate your budget, gives you genuine advice and suggestions on metals, stones, setting, wear and tear, etc, etc... We been able to select two super gorgeous rings with a princess ruby and diamond combination. The rings are well made to luxurious quality, they presented is nice boxes and bag and they look perfect on us. We cherish our rings as a symbol of everlasting love.

Lovely service and excellent quality repair. I brought two rings in to be resized, one of which was palladium, which not all jewellers will work with. I'm very pleased with both rings and would definitely use this jeweller again.
Fantastic service from this beautiful jewellery shop. I approached Autumn and May to make a bespoke wedding ring that I had designed to fit around my unusual shaped engagement ring. They listened to my ideas and created a wonderful ring which perfectly matched my design. 12 years later and it was time to get my rings resized. I returned to Autumn and May and they were very willing and capable of resizing both rings so that they still fit together. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and I cannot fault them. I am delighted with the service and product and would highly recommend Autumn and May as a jewellery shop with some beautiful items and a jewellery service provider who take the customers needs into account. My wedding ring had become tight after 57 years and isac removed it , resized it and returned it in mint condition. i was elighted with the resultI have visited Autumn and may many times and have always received excellent service. thank you

Took the watch in I received from my husband for Christmas to have some links taken out. The man was extremely friendly and helpful. The links were taken out very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again for any jewellery needs.
I've been to this shop beautifuly placed in the centre of greenwich market previously to buy anniversary gifts to my girlfriend a bracelelet and matching pair of earings she was delighted her eyes were as sparkling as the stones in the jewels. I went back again as they also do alteration on jewellery I asked them swap some clasps on silver rope necklace and bracelet of same style the finish was just amazing and professionally done customer service was very good they do take time to listen to your need to get the best possible result ...also even in house they would try everything they can do to accomodate your needs .....thank you very much
