Audi-vw-seat dealer. Very friendly staff, very dedicated and helpful warehouse owners. Incredibly clean workplace with all possible diagnostic equipment and trained technicians. The small minuses, little parking, limited opening hours.

Very bad experience. When I brought my car they told me the diagnosis would be in few days and they will try to do their best to make the car ready in 10 days. The rest was a chain of lies from the staff. They had promised many times to fix in one week in few days etc.. When they "really" promised, the day car was supposed to be ready , the car was still not ready and they even did not contact me about it. I have never seen a service like this in my life, very un-respectful and not trustable garage.

Fortunately second advice asked in other garage otherwise lost more than 1100 euros for something that was not necessary.

If I could, I wouldn't give a single star. Three times in a row a negative experience. Went there on Saturday to look at an Ibiza we saw on MyWay.
Once there, the car turned out not to be there, because it was "driving around", used by staff. The seller Frederic Pintens told us to make an appointment for it, as indicated on the website and the car would be on site.
After checking the website again, it turned out that this entry was not listed for this Ibiza. We went back in to report this. The same salesperson checked it and had to admit that we were right, that it was not mentioned. So was the first useless move to that garage.
We then made an appointment for the following Tuesday at 2 p.m.
When we were still 1600m away from the garage that Tuesday, +/- 1:50 pm, we received a phone call from the same seller, Pintens, that the car was not present, because the staff member who was driving it around had hit a post with it. The car would be at the body in Kontich and only the bumper would have to be replaced. To our question whether we could view the car in Kontich, the answer was negative. The car had to be aligned again to see whether or not it could still be sold via MyWay.
Second useless move to that garage. We would be Wednesday the day after
September 30 at 11.00 am at the latest, the salesman Frederic Pintens promised with the results.
Today, September 30, 3.45 pm we have not heard anything from salesman Frederic Pintens.
Even when I called I couldn't get a person on the line.
In short, this garage is to be avoided for the sale of cars.

So here I will never come back explanation I come on a Saturday to see an Audi Q5 hybrid the seller tells me that it is his colleague who drives with it is not present so I make an appointment on Monday by telling the seller. on Monday I had to go to TechArt to drop off my new Porsche Macan to make transformations an external body kit plus spoiler on the roof new steering wheel is a fully personalized Full Carbon interior for several tens of thousand . But as I only arrived at 12:30 p.m. in Stuttgart, I could no longer arrive at 4:00 p.m. in Mechelen, Belgium. As a result, I telephoned politely at 1:00 p.m. to inform the garage in Mechelen that I would never be back in Belgium before closing time and certainly not at 4:00 p.m. the person asked me for all my contact details who had not received on Saturday and she means that the seller will contact me again !!!
So 1 st thing the garage did not contact me but recontact me and 2 weeks later the car I wanted to buy is no longer even on the site !!! Conclusion a total lack of respect for a future customer, so I dare not imagine the after sales service of the garage in question !!!
I've been waiting for the seller to contact me for 3 weeks now !!! here is the problem with a garage which does not wish to sell its cars and acquire new customers. Go your way there is no competent staff in the garage he promises to get back to you and no one does it a total lack of seriousness and professionalism if already it is like that to sell I dare not imagine your interviews in the garage which also should not be competent !!!

I recently bought a second-hand car here through MyWay. I had made an appointment for a test drive and was further assisted by a young employee. I had a few questions about the origin of the car and I was told that cars sold through My Way are cars that have been used internally or cars from permanent customers where maintenance has been carried out in their garage. I found this an important reassurance, but afterwards I learned through my insurance that this is a big lie. The insurance could not register my car with DIV because it was never registered in Belgium. My car was imported from Spain. I spoke to the employee about this, but she came up with the explanation that she could not see the origin in the system. But this does not seem to me a reason to lie about this, but rather a task to sort this out for the customer. Afterwards the service has only deteriorated. I had to ask for compensation myself and when picking up the car I had to draw her attention to various things that were not in order (Dutch instruction booklet, warning triangle, first aid kit and fire extinguisher were missing). These seem to me to be basic tasks for selling a car. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the entire course and noted it by e-mail, but the only result is that the employee continues to approve and defend herself with lies.

A very unfortunate event in which the unprofessional behavior and attitude of an employee destroys the name of a garage. Fortunately the car is in order and I get my driving pleasure out of it.

New car reserved in the garage, having our cars approved for sale in their garage and while we had to wait two days for the price for our cars, they just resell our reserved car without letting us know. Since they did not call as promised, we called the next day and ... oh yes .... sorry but your reserved car was accidentally sold to someone else by my colleague! My confidence in this garage has disappeared and I will buy a car elsewhere.

Agreements are not kept.

Overall, I had a good experience at ACM until yesterday. Last Saturday I brought my car to ACM for major maintenance. This maintenance would be done on Monday. I was traveling that week so I wouldn't need my car. This meant that I could not pick up my car until 8am the following Monday at the earliest. Since my shift starts at 6am, this was difficult to organize. That is why it was agreed by telephone that my car would be driven outside by ACM on Friday evening. That way I could pick up my car at ACM on Sunday afternoon (when the garage is actually ready).

During my trip, I called ACM again to confirm that this was indeed the case on paper. I was expecting to have my car on Sunday so that I could drive home and go to work Monday morning. I was assured that this would not be a problem.

Until I arrived at ACM on Sunday evening and my car could not be found there. After scanning the entire area, I saw that it was still inside. So there was no way I could reach him. As a result, no transport home and I could not go to work on Monday. I then had to ask a friend to take me home, and my boss for a day's leave at 8:30 pm Sunday evening.

So this stupid mistake by ACM had major consequences for me. You won't see me there either.

Selling cars is one thing, after-sales is another thing? Went along to ACM for a DSG gearbox problem within the 2 year warranty period. After 25 days on the line to be kept (explanation peppered with contradictions) I finally got my car back thanks to the intervention of another VW dealer and Dieteren, with just a software update. Apparently do not know the procedures. A VW dealer unworthy.

ACM delivered a brand new Tiguan with light wax scratches. Instead of taking responsibility, those responsible hide behind the sentence "it falls within the norm". I have to find this out myself by making a phone call, because the promised contact with response was not forthcoming. Not recommended despite the fact that some employees are very friendly and professional. The moral of the story: preferably buy your VW elsewhere.

to make contact by telephone you must have an angelic patience. You get a strap and you can first choose from the 4 brands and then from which department. If you choose a warehouse, you will first receive a piece of music and then hear a tape again with the message that you can also make your appointment via e-mail .... I do not want to make an appointment for maintenance but just wanted to order parts. If you then see how many staff is on the desk, it is annoying that no one wants to bother answering a phone. On Saturday you cannot even pick up the ordered item. Unfortunately, I will look for another distributor in the future.

Very correct service, tasty Nespresso for customers and therefore the Shuttle service (reserve) for Mechelen and the surrounding area completes their offer, this is the kind of added value during your maintenance that you enjoy (you don't have to provide transport or a car yourself) to rent during your maintenance), they will also pick you up at the maintenance end.

Unreal.

Unreal.
I take a day off work to try a car.
I say i want to buy it and the car seller (Frederic) says he will get back to me the same day.
It now has been almost 2 weeks.
I have sent 4 emails, 2 contacts forms, and tried to call about 10 times but people hang up on the phone.
Is it because I am from Wallonia ?
Please give an answer.

Absolutely do not keep their agreements. Only helpful if you buy a car the same day, otherwise they will not look after you.

Bought an Audi A1 there last year.
Two days ago went looking for a new car.
Were going to make an offer for a new car and forward it by e-mail, would also see what my car is worth and forward it.

Still nothing heard while the seller has told me several times that I have to decide within two days to enjoy the salon conditions. Now I can no longer enjoy those conditions, which according to the seller would be the best deal.

Very disappointed and clearly an amateur approach.

Received a rude and reproachful phone from the seller. Didn't say it was fair that I post a bad review on the internet. Customer is clearly not king here !!

Don't even deserve a star. never answer, I think I'll get to the king sooner. Making a promise that the car will be ready in 3 days, but in the end we are more than a week away and then driving outside with a number of reports on the dashboard. Do extra work that is not even requested and then you get a nice invoice of more than 1000 Euros. A customer with 2 sports cars that is not taken seriously, so I will never step in here again !!!!!!!!!!

Normally I will not write a review that quickly, but good job deserves appreciation. Today noted that my car was making a scraping noise. Arrived at work nearest Audi dealer and arrived at ACM. Understood my problem and since I still had to go home 50km +, time was made to check the car. Problem was solved quickly after that, on the understanding that I was brought to work by an employee. Via SMS and email clear overview of the work and a nice call when the car was ready. On a day when everything went wrong, I was happy to count on the service that is offered there.

Very nice experience. Punctual and correct follow-up. All costs for inspection were reviewed in advance. A suspicion of higher costs was also discussed in advance and communicated during the repair.

A large garage where a lot is available. Here I have bought my 2nd hand car and am very satisfied with this. Sales and communication regarding the credit went reasonably smoothly. And all our questions were meticulously answered.
The only thing I'm not satisfied with is the after-sales service. This was not available by telephone and provided very unclear information on our questions. We had to e-mail back and forth a few times before we had clarity. This should be much better.
