Very rude in communications. Using words such as and i quot "nut job" "clown" "chimp" "real hack" "all 78,000 lbs of her blows the tires off the rim". Selling under the ebay user name kimbajoe and sharkattak and claims to have many more ebay accounts.

You better hope the part they sell you is the right one! If it is not, if they sold you the wrong part they will nto willingly take it back. Bought a chain for my snowmobile and they won't return it. They state it's used. Well they sold me the wrong one and it did not fit!! How can it be used. They are useless!! Go to Bangor Motor Sports when you can they were very helpful, and sold me the right part.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WITH THERE PHONES. Will continue to buy parts /supplys but would love to see there phone improve.

Got a great deal but the workers didn't know to much about what I was looking for. I also didn't like how my brother and I got the same exact thing and his was 4 dollars cheaper, then play it off like it never happened and didn't reimburse me the 4 $
