The valet service at the hospital is wonderful. It was pouring with rain and they came out with umbrellas and assist me and my grandmother! One of the gentleman walked with my grandmother and carried her bags in for her. The staff was friendly and wonderful! What a blessing to have them at the hospital! I could not have done it by myself.

Anytime I park at UAMS they valets are kind and and very helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. So friendly always greeting you with a smile! Highly recommend this company with their great staff.
We have used Ambassadors probably ten or twelve times for parties and fund raisers. They are excellent. Tops. Total professionals. They are courteous to all our guests and friendly. They run to get cars when guests are departing the event. All of their valets are trained and experienced. The managers are thoroughly knowledgeable and immediately responsive to any requests. At Baptist ER, they speed though the parking lot like maniacs, hit huge potholes in people's cars. Park in spots not designated as valet parking, try to tell vendors where they can't park even though they have parked there for years and it isn't labeled as valet parking. They are horrible and shouldn't exist as a company.
UPDATE: AS OF 2019 they have hired new people and they are fantastic. Super nice and helpful.
I ve been a customer parking close to 35 weeks a year!! Recently the service and dependability is awful other than Michael he s great!! Don t waste your time and $ until they get a better system!!
