Incompetent people on the phone, unable to give you information, no one calls you back, what is this bank?
If you have money to invest, Go elsewhere. !!!!

Reading the reviews, I see that I am not the only one to have a deplorable experience with Milleis customer service! I have been asking for 2 years to change my postal details! They are unable to, repeated telephone contact and always the same contradictory information. As I read it is indeed worrying, even doubtful. So I'm going to hasten to cancel everything, but here I wonder what awaits me ...!?

It's hard to believe that this is a bank, for more that 40 years of banking worldwide i can confidently say that this is the worst bank i have ever come across, Gwenola at Marseille is a total waste of time never replies to email never calls back and rude.
When it was Barclays Bank the service was poor but expected to improve, but it's worse that ever, that why I'm closing my account and find a proper bank..

Daily lies on the phone (no staff, software down, bug and so on ...). This is inadmissible on their part but they do not care (dixit Ms. G .... t) because it is not they who pay interest late! My mother had been a client for 30 years ... what respect for their clients ...

I have waited over six months for a simple monthly payment to be cancelled - after many calls, emails and even after a letter to the directeur generale - still not done.
Even allowing for covid this seems extraordinary.
