customer service gives you round robin - Had an EDD problem that ADP was suppose to deal with - after a month they came up with all the wrong information and a total waste of time - Elisha Shillingford is nothing but full of excuses and totally did not follow through with the information that was given to her - The Manager John Durner would not even answer my calls to resolve the ADP problem of the not taking out sufficient taxes.
