Scammers! This is the worst company I have ever worked with in my entire life! If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been given the wrong information MULTIPULE times which always leads to me having to work with them longer. Convenient for them... When they do f things up royally, they refuse to accept responsibility nor do they try to correct the situation. They say, "well, it's your reaponsibility to know."
They use scare tactics and are not above saying whatever they can think of to het more money from you. Had one guy "Bob Roberts" said he was going to sue me, destroy my credit so that I could die alone and pennyless.
When I complained about them giving me the wrong information, the girl, "Amanda" said, "Well, I don't know what was said." Instead of appologizing and offering to pass the complaint along to a manager. She also became defensive and decided to try to justify the misinformation. "I mean, the ststus did change, so it was within the time frame. But really, there is no time frame." Right, just talking out of both sides of your mouth. Next time, remember, it's not personal to you. Empathize and offer to bubble up the complaint.
The simplist part of your job is customer service, and you're even failing at that.

Scammers, they called about a boost mobile prepaid account. I never been with boost in my life and after I told them that they said it was actually for sprint. Once again I said I ve never been with sprint and that I ve only used T-mobile which led to him going on a rant on how T-Mobile joined with sprint and that I owe $147. Long story short T-Mobile didn t have records and sprint didn t have records but boost had a record but couldn t give me any info because the account was closed. If it weren t for the comments I would have gave them my card info just to get them off my back. Thanks people

This company has called and hung up before I could answer. Each time shows a different state on my caller id. Both agents were very rude when I called two of the numbers back. Both answered, that they were with ACSI. Neither were forthcoming with any inforamtion why they were calling me. The man I spoke with hung up when I asked what kind of company he was calling from. I would give no stars if that were an option. I don't like games and sly, dishonest people. Scum.

Before I ever worked at ACSI, I was one of their consumers. I was trying to buy my 1st home and an NES account showed up on my credit report. The agent who took my call was respectful and helpful. Everything I thought I knew about collection agencies went right out the window. Having worked here for 12 years now, I can honestly say we work hard to help our consumers find ways to pay off their debts when it may seem impossible.

Recieved a medical bill from ACSI. The supposed creditor is Baycare Medical Group. I've looked for the original bill and I can't find it on my Baycare bills. I have a wageworks card and pay my medical bill's on time, so I don't see how I can have a medical bill in collections and not know about it. I would call the original company before paying or speaking to ACSI.

IF everything goes the way I have been promised it would, this was a fairly smooth encounter. I discovered an outstanding debt on my credit report that needed resolved. Matt has been exceptionally helpful and patient working as a mediator between the Original Creditor and myself to resolve the debt. He says it can take up to 72 hours for an email receipt to be emailed, and 60-90 days for it to appear on my credit report. That seems suspicious but he seemed honest enough so I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. I'll edit or post a new review in a couple days.

With having an over 23 year career in debt recovery spanning every line of business from retail, auto, bank cards and student loans, I have never called a company "home" until I was invited to work at ACSI. I have experienced the "chop shop" agencies in the Buffalo NY area through working with corporate based agencies who formerly housed a lucrative top tier federal contract on student loans and I an say for certain that ACSI is the absolute best employer I have ever worked for in my entire career without a shadow of a doubt.
I can only speak from my day to day experience working here that they have never strayed away form holding true to their promise said to me of treating every myself and every single employee with fairness, friendliness with dignity and respect every since my very first day I started working here in March of 2017. The atmosphere management works tirelessly to provide gives every employee a reason to bring 100% every day because the company will never fail to return 125% back to you. I still cannot believe how tirelessly and almost around the clock our management and our IT staff worked to assure us that we not only can continue to work through this Covid situation but we can still continue to thrive. It proved to me the effort I see at the best of times is only strengthened during the most trying of times.
