You called me twice in a row asking about 3, 3 different people, knowing I was none of them. If "being rude" is asking who's calling before I give you information, you have no right being on the phone trying to communicate with people. When you call me, you act with respect and understand that I'm not going to bend over for you. You have no authority over me. You people are rude, authoritative and bad at your jobs. Period.
