On the basis of our solution-oriented conversation with representatives of VOLVO BIERMANS HEERLEN, I have to rectify my previous negative review with regard to the Biermans company and report that the aforementioned issue has been satisfactorily resolved and on the basis of this given I can recommend the company without reservation

Very poor service, incompetent sellers, take no responsibility and allow customers to pay for costs that the dealer is to blame for.

Volvo Auto Biermans made a mistake in insuring my car, so it turned out not to be insured against theft for more than two years. And then while I insured it with Volvo (much more expensive than another insurance) because the alarm requirements were lower.

The dealer's error is black and white and is acknowledged, but resolved ho. False promises are made, nobody takes responsibility, you are treated badly and Biermans does its utmost to ignore customers who have a problem. This joke has cost me a total of 3000 euros (new alarm and costs incurred for the more expensive insurance) and the dealer will not pay for anything. Moreover; they pretend that we do not exist and simply indicate that we should look for a lawyer. Well, who does that for a few thousand euros if their lawyer costs that too. In short, you can't go anywhere and they know it.

Advice; do not buy your car here. Go to a dealer where they know what they are selling, think along with the customer and if a mistake is made (which is possible) helps to resolve this.

p.s. the car (new) was also delivered with scratches and only after threatening with a lawyer this was half solved. So it is apparently the standard course of events there.

Problems with brakes, can not be helped, they only have time in 14 days, I can already put the camper down ..... I am on vacation / in transit. Never heard of roadside assistance, never heard of customer friendliness?
What a bad and arrogant company, very unfriendly on the phone. Not helpful.

Yesterday I was able to pick up my new V60 at Auto Biermans, what an experience! Super service and perfect explanation. Everything arranged in detail and delivered earlier than expected. Ben, thank you very much for everything!

Come in with a question about a malfunction in my car and the first thing the employee does is walk away shaking his head and shouting: "that is not going to work out". I can go so many days later, but no one who makes the effort to walk to the car to have a look. When I ask if someone wants to do that so that I know if I can continue driving, I get the answer that I have to assess this myself.

Well say what a worthless company.

I ordered a new hub cap last week and the process went normally. 2 days later I get a voicemail that they are nowhere to be found and that I can come and get my money back.

So I'm going to the dealer today and there is no one I see someone talking in a booth with his phone. But nobody comes to the counter
incidentally, I was the only customer there until an older couple came in who I think had just returned from a test drive.

When the couple joined me, someone finally came to the reception after 6 minutes. Those first couple actually wanted to help but I stood there waiting already eight minutes someone, and I only had to submit a voucher and get my money back.

I spoke to the man and explained why I got my money back and the answer was: "That can not now then you need Monday to send the scanned receipt of your IBAN".

Why wasn't that possible then. . . If there is no printer there, he does not know how the system works, he cannot just do it and make a note of it. Well the answer to all of that is no, sir thought only 1 thing was important and that was this couple selling a convertible.

And anyone who comes his money questions that previously had to drive for nothing can go home again there to scan the receipt and set up a mail. Worthless as soon as you don't bring in big money, you might as well not exist.

I would strongly advise anyone to buy anything here
