Very poor service, incompetent sellers, take no responsibility and allow customers to pay for costs that the dealer is to blame for.
Volvo Auto Biermans made a mistake in insuring my car, so it turned out not to be insured against theft for more than two years. And then while I insured it with Volvo (much more expensive than another insurance) because the alarm requirements were lower.
The dealer's error is black and white and is acknowledged, but resolved ho. False promises are made, nobody takes responsibility, you are treated badly and Biermans does its utmost to ignore customers who have a problem. This joke has cost me a total of 3000 euros (new alarm and costs incurred for the more expensive insurance) and the dealer will not pay for anything. Moreover; they pretend that we do not exist and simply indicate that we should look for a lawyer. Well, who does that for a few thousand euros if their lawyer costs that too. In short, you can't go anywhere and they know it.
Advice; do not buy your car here. Go to a dealer where they know what they are selling, think along with the customer and if a mistake is made (which is possible) helps to resolve this.
p.s. the car (new) was also delivered with scratches and only after threatening with a lawyer this was half solved. So it is apparently the standard course of events there.
