A large building with many companies in it. Modern decorated. There is a large parking lot. The building is located on a ring road of Breda. The Zeiss Experience Center is located there.

Good and beautiful office complex and very pleasantly located near the highway

It is very regrettable how Bond is letting the exterior of this beautiful, architect-built building impoverish. When you move into a building like this, you also need to ensure that it retains its radiant white appearance and does not turn green. What does that say about a landlord? That you do not take your tenants (= customers) seriously and that you will probably only do the essentials about the property. Interior is okay. Not much has changed since ExxonMobil went out.

Good location to establish your company. Professional appearance nicely inspiring. Yes you can do great business there. Hard to find if you don't know the area. There were some detours and a collision that caused me to get completely lost in the city center and had problems getting to my appointment on time because the navigation was upset. That probably would not have happened if there had been no diversions. The service roads make it more difficult. Music in the park. Play area and a restaurant. Top!
