Car bought in June 2014. In November 2014 we wanted a large car due to family expansion. However, we had to put in an additional 1000 for an amount of 8,000 and on our car we had to surrender 8,000 for 3,000 within 5 months.
We had an appointment, but we have almost 2 hours !!!! have to wait before we were helped.
You come back to the garage where the car was bought from, they know what kind of car it is and then write off so much! Ridiculous. Apparently overpaid for the car initially.
I will not come again. The prices are also high.

Moderate experience! Beautiful cars that must be said, but what we have experienced as particularly annoying is the hasty way of talking / selling the seller. Saying that things (in my case an adjusting motor of my headlight) are broken during the inspection & disapprove of it, ask retarded high prices to fix it while it is not broken at all.

New car bought at Auto Smeeing in Soest. They are a few large halls that are completely full of second-hand cars. There are really many, so take the time to walk around here extensively. The number of employees walking around is relatively low if you consider the number of visitors and cars. It may happen that you have to wait for someone, or look very carefully before you have a sale that can give you attention. Arranging a test drive can take a while, but is certainly necessary so that you are sure that you are buying the right car. Despite the above so highly recommended.

What a big deal if you can't find a car here. At least if you are approached, sellers cannot even say hello. A ball tent with 1 word.

Interesting prices on the site, but this is EXCLUSIVE 600 euro delivery costs for a 3-year car, 20,000 km (!) To replace the timing belt (with a chain in it), MOT (?). The trade-in price is 2000 euros lower than at the trademark dealer. All in all definitely not recommended.

What a car shop! Very many offers for anyone looking for something clever between 15 and 25 thousand euros. We arrived on Sunday and it was pretty busy. As a result, there was nobody who could speak to us really quickly. Many import cars but that should not spoil the fun. They all ultimately come from the same factory.

Sunday, November 25, we were at smeeing in Soest to see a car because we were in the neighborhood.
This first visit we actually found a disappointment and we also let you know, the hostess in the pub was very friendly and welcoming.
After this we are approached several times by Joris Daams who did everything possible to let us come to Soest again and wanted to make us happy.
On Saturday, January 12th, we went again for a test drive, and I must honestly say that it looked like a totally different company and all praise for Joris Daams everything was arranged down to the last detail and I'm glad we car company Smeeing a second opportunity.

A while back a renault bus on the internet, then contact with the question is the car still by chance? was this to test drive, my reaction so he is sold no answer!

Purchased a beautiful Volkswagen Polo. My experience on the purchase, however, was not good. Driving from the Achterhoek to Soest, because he had seen this polo on the internet. First of all, we had to wait more than an hour in the cafeteria until we got a salesman. The hostess said every time he arrives, he arrives like that, but no one came. When he came this young man said (I think no older than 20) that I was only allowed to drive in the car if I knew I was going to buy the car, he had calculated what we had to pay and then had to say if I wanted to do it, otherwise they would not put any energy into it. Sorry, but what is this strange ?! It seems to me that I want to drive in this car to see if I like this !? This boy was allowed to drive in my car and took pictures and I was compulsively obliged to buy the car and had to say immediately if I wanted to do it price-technically. I think this is a very strange affair and my parents were really angry! I think that there are beautiful cars at Smeeing and it is that I wanted to have the car, but the way they work is not good. You do not just buy a car ... For such a car I have to work for a long time and this young guy obliges me to buy the car, because otherwise they would not prepare the car! When we said that he said yes, but if you are not serious ... Not serious !? We drove 2 hours and 2 hours back that seems pretty serious to me !!! I'm not going to say immediately yes I do it I want to think about it (price technical) and know how the car is driving !! At retrieval it took a very long time too .... There are beautiful cars, but the service is really not good! I do not give 1 star, because I'm happy with the car but that is not Smeeing. She finds it very intrusive there. In any case, I will not return and do not recommend Smeeing to other people. The lady behind the bar was friendly.

We had seen a nice car, it came up on various sites, indicated that we wanted to trade in a car. We were immediately contacted by telephone on Sunday. The question whether we wanted to send photos of the car that we want to trade in, delivered them. And then no more response. Contacted ourselves, it turned out that the car had already been sold a few days before or maybe we were still interested in another car of course not done. Unprofessional.

They ask for the top prize for their cars, but offer really ridiculous, even outrageously little for the cars to be bought. So you won't see me here anymore.

Seller sold me a package with a close to home warranty and without this package I really couldn't. Now I have requested the quote from a bovag garage because the hand brake was not good and I have already called twice. The operator always says no we are going to do something right away but they don't let them hear from them. You can buy a car here, but don't get packages smeared because they don't respond to this.

Few years ago I bought a car at smeeing car. Trade in a small, relatively new car, made a good deal and bought a 2010 dacia logan due to family expansion. After a year, however, major service and various repairs to the suspension arm, new tires. Lots of money, but after consultation by Smeeing made nice price and again good car for less than 1400 euros.

However, the complaint here is that I indicated that the car was running low at idle speed, and the consumption is bizarre high. He also stinks horribly of gasoline, or he is constantly drowning. Average consumption is around 8.8 liters per 100 kilometers with normal use, while the ANWB indicates that 7.8 liters per 100 km should be average.

Despite the complaint, the problem with the speed is not solved, and the car still stinks badly of gasoline.
Auto smeeing did not mention the problem, and it is therefore not resolved. Furthermore, it is difficult to get in touch, they sometimes hang up when you call, and they are not easy to answer.

My conclusion is that something continues to nibble, it does not drive quite well, and I actually have to go back with it, but I do not have the idea that thanks will be solved. satisfied with the service provided with repair, not heppie the peppie about the not resolved complaints and the car so far.

There is a desk for a receptionist, but there was nobody there so could not ask where, for example, the car we had seen. So I walked through the entire building to find the car in question. Now I don't have to be bothered right away, when I come to see, but if you don't see a single seller for the rest, so you can't ask anything, I don't like it either.

In my opinion, this company does not deserve a single star. This afternoon at 12.15 I called to take a test drive in a VW Polo. I had indicated to arrive around 1 pm. That was okay and no problem. Once arrived at the garage, it was said that other visitors are taking a test drive in the respective VW Polo. After the ride, those visitors bought the car. Incidentally, they had come for another Polo, but because they did not like it, they introduced the car for which I had come. Ridiculous ... I literally came for free! No test drive, no excuses, nothing! Extremely disappointing.

A few months ago I was looking for a new car. My car at that time (VW Golf) had quite a few kilometers on it (> 320,000) and my friend could nicely drive this car while I needed a young person for the many kilometers that I have to make (800km a week). No sooner said than done, one day arrived at Auto Smeeing and helped very well by Pieter. He has listened to my wishes and has shown me many options (really many). By looking at all the possibilities (my biggest weighting factor was the economy of the car, I was looking for an efficient diesel car) I was able to make a well-considered decision.
I went for a ride in a Spark and in a VW Polo. Both have about the same benefits in terms of costs so I only had to look at which car I enjoyed driving. I felt so confident because I was able to see so many options that I was able to make the decision the same day. It became the VW Polo. And not just a Polo. The full package. Pieter has made a decent price for me, the car has been beautifully cleaned and has no problems with it. The only thing I had experienced is a crazy sound that the car made. The solution for this is that I could get a software update at the expense of Smeeing at the Pon dealer in Amersfoort. Solved!

Very nice service for my car (bought second hand winter tires with rims, and assemble service)! In addition, the place has a very cozy coffee room/bar where you can wait and enjoy nice free coffee, served by a very friendly staff. In this coffee room/bar, there are plenty of tables and couches where you can seat to read or to work with free WiFi if you bring your laptop. Definitely recommended!

Many cars can be found here. The price is the price, which seems strange to a car salesman, but the prices are fairly competitive. Note the nice packages that they sell you.
