Great professional relaxation. You can look relaxed and type what you find something good ... Open door: good price. Is not super cheap. But so large front stock and lots and lots to choose from.

I once bought a nice bus there about 7 years ago .... wide range of company buses.
Think it is a pleasant company.

Bad company so never go here to buy a car. All looks slick on the photo but appearances are deceiving I have experienced. They then do not give at home when making a complaint.

After requesting a trade-in proposal via e-mail with photos and description of our car, telephone contact was sought by Smeeing to come by for a good trade-in price in Soest. Sunday before Christmas drove there and our car was valued. Nice car according to the buyer and on the bridge in the workshop approved. Nothing wrong so far. Waiting in the coffee pub for a seller with the disappointing trade-in price that is 3,000 below the anwb trade-in price list. Came because it was a diesel .. On the site of Smeeing is literally, guaranteed anwb trade-in price. Well not! 220 km driven for nothing. Given the reviews that are generally positive, we can only conclude that the company is disappointing.

At Smeeing's request, now an update after a number of conversations: Out of courtesy an 750 extra trade-in but still a meager proposal in view of the ANWB guarantee price that was still 2000 higher at that time. The gesture for negotiation is neat. In combination with mostly import cars that mi. not very much more competitively priced yet not really convinced to close a deal here. Finally succeeded at another car company.

Expensive. Few times being watched. Request a quote once, very little for trade-in and the cars they sell are quite expensive. Not a good feeling about this case.

Last year bought a second-hand Peugeot 108 for a very competitive price ( 6,900). You then assume that you are buying something reliable. And you hope so when your daughter buys her first car from her savings. Today we found out that we are the 11 owner, that the car was imported from Denmark as a damaged car and that it was also repaired moderately to bad from that damage. Of course, nothing was said of this during the sales meeting. I have been a Smeeing customer for years, but unfortunately I have to come to the conclusion that I will not buy another used here any time soon. Watch out there! I have to give 1 star otherwise this post will not be posted. :-(

In response to the post from Thomas Leeuwis (who luckily (?)) Spoke to my daughter on the phone. You pretend with your post that the problem with that phone call has been solved, wish us many nice kilometers and hope that we will again in the future However, she experienced the conversation as unfriendly and fairly aggressive and mainly got the impression that it was intended to get the review removed. Your position is that Smeeing does not sell damaged cars. It will. Remain the fact that you are not being honest about the car's past and that it was imported, which resulted in a significantly lower sales price for my daughter.

Good service and reasonable price for winter / summer wheel storage and assembly. Also bought my car there, went well.

Very bad experience. A car was sold that did not meet my wishes. I knew that I know little about cars and I have misused them. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, nothing is possible. Yes, exchange for another where a lot of money is made. In total confidence gone there and disillusioned from the age.

Sellers don't give attention for hours walking around no one who appeals to you walk past you if you just don't stand there for them

We bought an Opel Mokka. Treated very well. Immediately make a test drive. And bought the car by e-mail with a night of reflection. Got a fair trade-in price for my old car. I recommend it.

Too bad if you come that the cars are not present while they advertise with them, I also came for the Nissan Qashqai, the seller told that it came from Belgium, but when I searched on the internet, I found out that the car was from Spain .

I traded in a car here, it was a very special experience with the Covid 19 measures. Neat service and great car. Haven't discovered any negative things yet. However, the knowledge of the person who transfers the car during the transfer may be better, or I would have expected more from it. So I give 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. I am a satisfied customer.

There is a nice cafe in car smeeing. Where you can wait for your car as soon as it is ready. Coffee and tea free. Customer friendliness can be improved.

I would like to test drive a car but it was not yet inside. Sent an e-mail and was told that he would be in quickly and that I would be the first to hear it. Half a week later after every day at Chekken I see that he has disappeared from the site. I sent an e-mail with this message asking if it was sold. And with another mail address I also asked the question because I needed a car quickly. I was told that he would not come in again and if that was the case that I would hear it.
The good thing is that at the e-mail address I did not know when I heard that it had already been sold. That the car is sold to another is unfortunate but at least I am honest about this instead of letting me wait for nothing.

I hope this was an internal error at the company but since the other reviews I doubt it.

Auto Smeeing is one of the largest universal car dealerships that I have ever visited. Very wide choice in budget to luxury cars.
