I had a hard time making it to the dealership due to the fact I live 45 minutes away and working. However, after a couple of weeks I made an appointment to look at a particular vehicle. I was first told they couldn't locate the car. Then I was told it had a leak in the tire and they were putting air in it before the best drive. Understandable since it was mid July. After over 30 minutes and still no car, I left. I sent an email to the Internet sales coordinator and told him I was not happy with my experience. He had been the person I'd spoke with on numerous occasions. He asked what could he do and apologized. I requested a figure for the car. I did not even so much get a reply! Side note, there was a couple beside of us trying to make a deal and they were obviously frustrated and told us not to do business with them. I should have listened and left sooner.

Received a written offer on a vehicle my boss was interested in selling. Was told the offer was good for 72 hours. He drove 8 hours, One way, to deliver the title within the time frame. Arrive at the dealership to take them up on offer, only to be told they aren t interested in purchasing it. Before you believe the 5 star reviews, look up the current lawsuit they are involved in for screwing over 1500 customers.

My time at Auto Plaza was great. The employees were amazingly helpful and I able to find what I needed. Ertavious McCoy was my dealer and he did an outstanding job of helping me the car for me. His services were great and he remained extremely patient with me, even though I could have been difficult at times. Overall Auto Plaza has a wide range of vehicles that I was able to choose from. Great service, great people.

Awesome customer service probably the best service I've received throughout the various dealerships I've visited in my search for my next vehicle. Mr. McCoy greeted me as I stepped on the lot. I explained to him what I was looking for and what my budget is and he helped me find exactly what I'm looking for. Great place great people I rate 5 stars.

Auto Plaza USA - Not Worth Your Time, Money or Effort...
This Dealership Gives Every Used Car Dealer a Bad Name!!!
We made an appointment and worked out every detail before arriving at the dealership (4 Hour drive - each way). A quick test drive + visual inspection and thought we were on our way back on the road until I noticed a damaged transmission radiator core (>$1,500 hidden damage). Dealer said it was nothing and all Lexus radiators looked like that (photo attached). Spoke with a mechanic in the repair shop and admitted the car came in with a damaged grill and deflector shield. Was told to replace with aftermarket parts and spray paint the damaged transmission cooler coil to save on repair costs. Then put the vehicle up for sale... How any dealer can do this is beyond me. Called our Lexus Service Department back in Indiana to get a repair quote and the certified mechanic said selling a vehicle like this without a fully functional transmission cooler will result in >$10,000 transmission repair. Auto Plaza's behavior is just unforgivable, unprofessional, expensive and potentially result in unsafe vehicle operation. They do have a great selection of vehicles and excellent prices (with the exception of hidden delivery fees). However, Auto Plaza USA is a blatant reminder that the bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low price! And not every vehicle that goes to auction is bad - but all bad vehicles eventually go to auction to be sold to the unknowing...

We drove four hours to this dealership to look at a vehicle, which from the photos, looked fantastic. I had done a lot of research, and this appeared to be a great deal, even compared to the other one's. In fact, we had plans to visit another dealer but we talked on the way there about if this was what we were told and expected we were ready to sign and drive this one out. Once we got there, however, it became evident from the start why it appeared to be a good deal. There was rust all over this thing, in not so obvious places. There was a golf ball sized whole by the tailgate. The underside was covered in rush. Under the hood, nearly every piece of metal was rusted. This should have been disclosed up front, especially knowing how far we came. The only reason we looked at others was because we had come so far.
The sales person and manager were nice enough, but this place behaves like a stereotypical used car dealer. Never wanting to talk about the price of the vehicle and only focusing on the monthly payment. For any novices out there, do NOT haggle over monthly payments. They love this. Talk price only. The payments will sort themselves out. Anyway, they wound up pushing a vehicle that was 3-4k more than i planned to spend, but I humored them. After our down payment and trade it came to around 15k. They came back with payments of 370, minimum. That is way more than it should be. At 15k payments should be around 300. No matter how many times i asked they wouldn't show me the rate. All they would respond with was, "how much per month are you comfortable with?"
Needless to say, we said we were going to continue shopping elsewhere. Wound up going down the road and found a beautiful truck, for 3k less than this one(which wasn't in nearly as good as shape as the one we bought).
I would avoid this place. As i said, the people are plenty nice, but it's auto shopping. You're not looking for friends, you're looking for a deal.

Positively excellent service. It was a lengthy process as buying a car can be expected, and everyone there was kind and patient. Their ability to understand personal situations and offer their hospitality, was what really made me feel welcomed there. They feel like a family there, and to now own a car from them, feels to be a part of something great. They were passionate about safety and achieving your dreams, and it was very personalized. I certainly recommend stopping in for a visit, as you will not be disappointed.

This place really screwed me over on my Chrysler 300. They box all the blemishes they could on it. They got a bank to charge me a 25% interest rate and just totally ripped me off. I was just too impatient about getting a new car that I let them screw me over big time. They are a joke of a company. I just got approved for a brand new car with a 5% interest rate. To all of you young teens like me out there reading this, you are more likely to get approved on a brand new car with a lower interest rate. If you do but a used car, DO NOT buy it here because they will screw you over as much as they can. Oh I forgot to mention that my catalytic converter went out 1 week after having that Chrysler 300 I bought from them. Don't get a car here whatever you do. Go a little down the street Toyota or Big M dodge depending on which cars you like better, they will treat you right.

I am a first-time car buyer, so I was very hesitant to buy through a dealership. I heard many great things about Auto Plaza USA through both friends and our trusted family mechanic. Everyone my husband and I worked with was so friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and did everything in their power to get me the exact car I wanted for the best price possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I also appreciated their honesty. I never felt pressured to buy or commit to anything. Just complete support and understanding. These guys really are awesome!

I bought my Trailblazer from Auto Plaza in August and absolutely love it. Dealership was nice and clean, staff was friendly. All I could ask for. Trucks still running great and been back recently to get my oil changed and was talking to Tim while I was waiting. He offered up a free oil change for absolutely no reason! Love It!
