I had a hard time making it to the dealership due to the fact I live 45 minutes away and working. However, after a couple of weeks I made an appointment to look at a particular vehicle. I was first told they couldn't locate the car. Then I was told it had a leak in the tire and they were putting air in it before the best drive. Understandable since it was mid July. After over 30 minutes and still no car, I left. I sent an email to the Internet sales coordinator and told him I was not happy with my experience. He had been the person I'd spoke with on numerous occasions. He asked what could he do and apologized. I requested a figure for the car. I did not even so much get a reply! Side note, there was a couple beside of us trying to make a deal and they were obviously frustrated and told us not to do business with them. I should have listened and left sooner.
